Save as JPEG, works much better, though Paint doesn't have a good compression, it does compress a good bit.
Anyway, where can I get some nice windows skins? I used StyleXP till it ran out of license. There must be better alternatives that are free.

The theme is possibly called Windows Recall; not 100% on that since there's quite a few with similar appearance and there's no window captions to verify.

I'm running Vista and on the sidebar on the right you'll notice a little gadget that I put together. It allows me to monitor all my character's skill training information (yes I have too many characters). It's a custom solution (using select class libraries from the EVEMON project -- thanks guys! as well as a good bit of personal code).
I'm really liking it so far since I can keep a good eye on where my character's trainings are at without having to log in or take notes or remember. ;)

My god a lot of you have fancy organised desktops. My desktop is a place to dump files that have nowhere else to go, so it ends up being a chronicle of what I've worked on since installing windows. When the icons go off the right hand side of the screen, it's time to reinstall.
If Eve ever disappears from the list of recently used programs in the start menu, the fastest way for me to run it is to type the full path into Start->Run

Mind you, the author made a few mistakes with the folders that the shortcuts led to. Doesn't take long to fix them though.
(Not really errors, they just led to folders that he had on his comp, and you most likely won't have on yours.)

Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Services -> Security Center -> Properties -> Startup Mode - Disabled.
