The mouseover tip on the wallet icon on the sidebar is not spacing the thousands-separator correctly for the wallet+corpwallet amount.
It gets really awful when the . preceeds a 1, like on the amoung 1,111,111.11isk
Something related, which may not be her responsibility, more general UI: , and . not being applied consistenly.
In wallet i get . as thousands separator and , as decimal separator. (as is the proper locale setting here, so far so good)
In PI, in certain parts of the UI it uses . as decimal separator instead.
Specifically, the amounts of specifc items stored in the launchpad get listed with . as decimal separator (and does not have any thousands separator).
Example:
1250.0 coolant
14000 electrolytes. And yes, it looks like that, i did not omit a trailing .0 on the electrolyte amount and it is not meant to be 1400.0 either.
In contrast, the amount-stored bar on the launchpad uses , as decimal separator (and still no thousands separator).
Example: 7480,0/10000 (again, did not omit a .0 on the 10000 it is simply not there)
The ECU does not use a thousands separator when selecting it (with single click)

Current cycle output
16000

I didn't notice her looking terrified, in fact she seemed to be having difficulties not laughing through most of it.
What I did notice it that you seem to think an extremely minor issue like the one you pointed out is a reason for her to look "terrified".
While the rest of the information you presented would make a fine bug report (you might notice that small consistency issues like this are fixed in most every expansion or patch that comes out) you really need to get a grip.
The fact that different countries use . and , differently sometimes causes issues.
