Yes, quite useful on alts for checking which haulers to gank in Jita.

Yes, yesterday in fact. Those are actually very useful in certain circumstances.
As for the most useless mod, there are many:
Micro Smartbomb
Micro Injector
Micro Extender
50mm Plate
100mm Plate
Autotargetters
Inertial Stabilisers
Flux coils
and probably many more...

I use the auto lock all the time and often have 2 fitted to my domi. So its not the most useless module. Limited sure as for micro extenders I use them on my stealth bomber as it cannot fit more small extenders.
Micro smart bombs and flux modules would be the top of my list for most useless modules.

Cap flux hurts more setups than it helps. Imo it's either worthless or worse than that.

Discovered alot of interesting pvp setups for my gallente ships through Pottseys contribution though

You could use pages of maths this guy wouldn't understand, and I'd still not believe that a micro shield extender on a stealth bombers was a good idea.

Micro stuff is not useless, a micro injector on a ceptor would be a nice NOS protection.. they have their uses but what is really useless are the flux coils which are totally outclassed by relays.
