A little tip for those getting connection issues : yesterday when server was off you could autopatch yuor client with evepatch3913-4557-test.exe (~18.5 mb) this patch is not the right, the good one is evepatch3913-4557.exe (~15.5 mb) and if you patched with the -test you need to dwld the client (3913), reinstall and then update it to 4557.

is CCP mocking me deliberatly or what....and regular downtime scheduled to start in 30 minutes...no doubt servers will still be down when i return from work in 10 hours
oh yeah, and the petitions page of eve-online.com isn't working either
daily DT .. 1100 / 1200 eve time ... so it's not scheduled to start in 30min but already started since 45 min

did you tried to use Log Server pgm to try to sort out yuor trouble ? ( or at least it'll be used/asked by GMs). Above it, do you used Web petition ( i guess yes, if you can't connect) : news today say it's broken : "The Dev team is aware of an issue concerning petitions submitted through the website. If you need to submit a petition, please do so through the in-game interface. This is a high priority issue being worked on". ...

Little bug :
After Dragon's patch i trained Daytrading skill from 0 to 4, marcket's window don't update "modification range" which stay to "limited to station" instead to show 20 jumps, but skill is effective and work fine, i checked it.
