Got the exact same problem. After downloading the full build from the same page as the manual patch and running it I got an error message while it was checking integrity saying the file was corrupt and I have to download it again ...

OS is Win 2k SP4

I got the same thing.... the 1st patching went wrong (same error) and had to d/l the full install which i was disappointed didnt include the new patch and when I tried to patch it again it went bad again until I applied the patch manually.

Guess its my fault i should know by now to only manually patch things.

Not sure why I patched my install of tranq anyway since my sisi install worked fine on the tranq server.

I autopatched and went for a shower, oh how foolish, the client evidently knows that real players don't shower. Anyways, I too have this problem now, splash screen, process ends, nothing. I guess I'll be redownloading the entire client again this evening. I'm trying to remember the last time I did actually autopatch successfully, if ever.

I shall give positive feedback if I get back into the game (and still like it).

I'm sorry to hear of your problem but you were told to set a long skill training and that 'long' meant days not hours.

I did change from 2 1/2 days to 16 days...
