No it cant. If it fits a 7.5km in that slot it has to come into web range which is suicide. So the vaga is not such a 4tw ship, most ppl are thinking of the snake set vagas you see flying about when they say the vaga is overpowered, but those pilots have invested billions in that setup so it should be powerful.

I was anti-Caldari until Exodus came. Cruise missiles on Blackbirds, Kestrels. Missiles WTFPWNBBQing anything. Caldari are more or less balanced in this patch. Turrets are almost balanced IMHO with the exception that traversal/tracking formula needs a little tweaking? And I'm originally Amarr (switched to gallente with the stacking nerf of dmg mods). Gallente is flavour of the month cause ECM+NOS+Drones is the current I-WIN button in close combat. The Gallente pilots that say their ships suck, went the blaster-way instead of the drones, remind you dominix was competing with the typhoon for the worst BS before ECM was changed; yes they perform extremely well atm. I agree drone boats need some nerfing but thats already gonna happen with ECM + NOS nerf, on the other hand blasterboats dont do enough dmg to compensate for the sacrifices it does in fitting and tactics. (And some of the ships are plain wrong, like whats the purpose of an ares or where is the PG of my deimos?) Vagabond is fine really (low dps, no active tank -passive buffer-, high speed & agility.. sounds balanced), snake implants messed things up. TBH pirate implants are yet another big mistake/failure by CCP I'd say, some of the sets are overpowered like snake and crystal while others are underpowered, like talisman and halo sets.

Ummm, the ability to use speed + WCS to dictate fights is an extremely potent advantage. Its the reason inties are so popular. Their damage in the grand scheme of things isn't all that special, but they can get in and out quickly. Also, saying the WCS nerf is going to hurt the vagabond more than caldari is laughable. The use of WCS is primarily a luxury of shield tanking ships, since the loss of lows to a couple WCS hurts them the least. And guess what the primary shield tanking, and thus WCS stab using race is. The current incarnation will hurt the Cerb and gank Raven far more than the Vaga since those ships actually use range as an advantage, something the WCS nerf will hurt. Not that I think its an unfair nerf or anything, but the fact remains it will effect Caldari most.

If i was flying a ishtar i would carry some web drones with me just incase.First deploy them,and while the vaga is trying to kill them get in close for your own web.The Cerebus should be able to easly kill almost any hac i think once the heavy missles are in.And they should be way more commo1n in kali. If speed is too "overpowered"(lol).What should be minmatar's fort'e? We don't tank,gank,or have a good ammount of both with a great weapon system(caldarie). CCP where are our t2 shield power relays?

Something like: - nosses and/or guns - mwd, 15km web, scram, large shield booster, large shield extender - 5*nanofibers Even a vaga will have problems keepint outside 15km and inside his scramble range, unless he has a faction scrambler. And even then he mihht not suspect a 15km webber. And if you get the vaga webbed fairly fast, its toast. But usually a vaga vs ishtar will result in the vaga mwding and warping away.

The vaga can just keep him at a safe distance until he himself gets a successful jam, then he can move in with hail for the killing blow :)

Takes only a few seconds to reach optimal range. It isnt as if you can lock at 5km distance if you fit 2-3 WCS on a Vagabond. No Vagabond that I know of warps in at 20km and engages immediately.
