Its Awesome!!!!!!!
No where else in eve can I make a sale in less than 2 minutes(first post to, sold post) flat! I would have to babysit orders all day to move the bulk I do in this mailing list.
My only constuctive feedback, would be a little stricter enforcement of some of the rules.(i.e linking the item in the mail)
the last poster (kyraziel drakonis) infact just has a price, and location. no bulk amount offer, or lot amounts.
Just a little more conformity, and its perfect. |

Why are there no Piling WTB orders?
The first is something I would support fully, the SOLD post would make it obvious that you can disregard older mails with that product from said provider. +1
Kagan Storm wrote: As a guess for why the WTB is not filling up, I would suggest that most marketeers have build a network with providers around them. Taking myself as example: a lot of products I sell, lay in stock at jita and can be ordered at will from my supplier-network. Thinking JIT, this can be done at depleting stocks or up-going markets (mostly those 2 occur at the same time, or just after each-other). Hereby I assume that other marketeers, corporations and alliances have arranged the same supply structure. Our producers will have continues buy orders on the trade hubs, so wont have problems receiving the goods necessary for production. So suppliers and marketeers wont use WTB, and the bigger buyers just order when needed within their network. This way a WTB order will only be set for orders not provided by the network of said persons or actors, so the number of those orders will be far lower as WTS orders. WTS orders can be overproduction, random production, dumping, speculation and more, so will have more chance to end up at the here discussed list.
Maybe it's your case cause you already have a supplier network, for me it's most a matter of time, if I post, for example:
[WTB 10 x Random t2 ship at X/u ] or [WTB 500 x Random t2 module at Y/u]
then the constructors interested will start to try to fill order, and it takes time, and maybe when the time the provider has finished all items can occur 2 thinks: - Someone has already filled the order, so the provider will need to start a WTS mail - The market price has already changed, so the buyer can incur to loses
The solution to this can be something like this: someone says [WTB 500 x Item_A at X/u], then the interested providers can mail/convo him to say something like: "I can provide it in 2 weeks", and the price can be re-negotiated depending on the time required to fulfill the order. At the moment marketeer and provider came to an agreement then the provider can send another mail to list with [BOUGHT: 500 Item_A].
Sorry for the spelling mistakes I have probably committed. |

Hey, This list is great. Thank you for policing it and banning folks that don't play by the rules. It's great to have a place where real traders can do wholesale pricing and communicate. We have 3 regular buyer for our goods, and a number of suppliers that we communicate with regularly, all but a couple of them we got through this list.
Great job. Thank you ________________________________________ GåÆGÿà Join the "Legit Trading" Channel - http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Legit_Trading GåÉGÿà |

If you have not experienced bulk buying/selling, save up and make some purchases. It will evolve how you play eve. |

Great service....has helped me tremendously.
I agree with the "WTS/WTB/SOLD/FILLED" standardization proposed earlier in headers.
It's certainly not too hard.
Market manipulators who get caught playing games in your mailing list should get immediate death penalty.
That is all

Nice to see swift bans for market manipulations.
Plenty of good deals pop up on there but I would suggest putting some emphasis on educating people what is bulk/wholesale. It annoys the **** out of me when someone advertised "mah 50 ships for 125m p/u" while jita sell prices is 126m. Or similar.
Just wasting time reading that dribble and clogging up the mailbox.
Also, I never try to bring peoples price down when buying. Either the price is agreeable and contact is made, or it is not and the mail is deleted. Having said that, every time I've put something up for sale with a different toon, for reasonable prices, I get douchebags wanting to convo and offer less. Really can't be bothered with that rubbish but and am unsure how that can be fixed. Or if it even needs to. Maybe I'm just a lone weirdo in this case.
It's a great list, just pointing out a few minor annoyances. |

I've even had a few try to badger me into lower prices - I just set them to ignore and go about my life. Now, I state upfront that my prices are not negotiable and I set ignore on anyone who can't, or won't, read.

Great mailing list.
Enforcing the rules is not been easy, however W337 is doing a fantastic job, props to him.
Is there a way to block someone from sending me the mailing list? I ask this cause as I mentioned above it is very hard to keep track of the ones not following the rules, if someone is trying to trick me I would like to block him, even if he receives a warning, to me if you try to cheat me once you are done...
A few minutes ago we all received a mail (not going into details, we all got it) with Jita's price, this would be a candidate to block, do not want to trade whit such person. |

I have no problem with that whatsoever, have no idea where you got that from my post, however if I lead you to that interpretation I apologize, that is not what I requested help with...
Just wanted to know if there is a possibility to block people in the mailing list !?
Best regards. |

I read the Wiki page and I still have one question:
Are minerals (en masse) allowed to be listed? If so, is there a minimum m-¦ or quantity?
I understand this is a trade channel intended for produced product, but the minerals are where everything starts! |

You should consider joining the ingame chat channel "SCC-Lounge". There's usually a few helpful and knowledgeable people floating around.
And, since I'm here, the Bulk Trade Mailing List is the shizzle (scientific term). |
