Edited by: Syris Anu on 27/08/2006 00:14:44 I see that between the time I wrote and posted the other thread, Tarquin Tarquinius also created an RP thread. Sorry, I was not trying to one-up. However, it looks like Tarqin's thread is sympathetic to CONCORD while mine is a neutral report, so I suppose it is good to have different perspectives.
I would also note that this is the best event I have gone to (the part that happened in Stacmon), even though its disposition was unanticipated. Properly played, this was a highly successful event, not a failed one. I'm looking forward to a follow up event.

I took no offense. I posted mine right after the event occured as a "Pro-CONCORD" response to the massacre. Yours, seems to be a little more ambivalent.
This really was a great event. AURORA needs to do more of these in highsec. It was really cool seeing all the pilots firing on the Nyx. ------------------------ The Almighty says this must be a fashionable fight. It's drawn the finest people. - an Amarr Mercenary |

Quote: Im sorry for those in stackmon who expected a reward but as far as I know, 3fa and Goonswarn didnt know about the event before engaging the mothership
i think they were simply concerned citizens that found a dangerous criminal in their neighbourhood
im sorry that the stacmon gang were unable to keep up with this ship, but they shouldnt feel too bad, after all it was a particularly dangerous ship that needed experienced handling
turning upon concord however was in excusable

It seems that I have been slapped with a 100 million ISK bounty for having podkilled a member of CONCORD. Has anyone else yet had a bounty placed upon their head or their sec status lowered as a result of their actions against CONCORD's tyranny this afternoon?

It appears as though that particular honor was reserved for you, as I have not yet received anything similar. Could be that they are still deciding the punishment for the rest of us.
I want a bounty too!!

Originally by: AlienBreed Edited by: AlienBreed on 26/08/2006 23:21:04 actually i feel there are a few points that need to be raised here about the incident tonight and the nyx that escaped justice and ran amok
firstly is it possible that 3FA could get a proper copy of the kill mail for our records, what we have was trunicated to death and many people didnt get the recognition they deserved
secondly goon fleet took the final blow however it was 3FA that bravely engaged this criminal first, and whilest i do not grudge our friends in goonfleet their moment of glory, nobody from 3FA have seen 1 isk of the bounty that was spoken of, nor any share of the loot. Our guys lost ships there and we didnt come in frigates, it would be nice if concord would recognise our service to law and order , perhaps a medal or award of some kind? i dont know
3FA is a highly motivated and law abiding force for good in the lower syndicate area and we are always ready to come to the aid of concord should it be required
Aurora is handing out bounties now, although it seems it is only going out to the people on the killmail. Someone in GS just got 67.5 mill.
3FA was well represented and fought well in PFP. You would be a fool if you didn't recognize them as a powerhouse in lower Syndicate.

67.5mill? My own bounty of 1mill seems paltry in comparison
*edit* my bounty turned out to be 1m, not 100m, above post has been corrected --- Menschliches, allzumenschliches. |

I laid the final blow on Seargent Tomon, and have not received any of said Bounty. Maybe the bastards have decided to split the Reward money over our heads? ---------------------------

This event should be mentioned in a News story. That way everyone will know about it. Possibly even an EVE Chronicle.

I'll add some fuel to this fire.
For the record*, here is a killmail from the earlier Luminaire incident involving the same Serpentis thief. No reward was given. Voogru has knowledge of a previous incident involving the Admiral, where he somehow got away despite many points of warp-scrambling strength focused on his engines.
(*Also posted for the purpose of self-aggrandisement, and to confirm Eschwen's new record number of Concord agents on a killmail, which now stands at 4. Well OK - the 3 concord agents are on my side of this killmail, but anyway...)
2006.08.01 23:01
Victim: Admiral Siral Alliance: None Corp: Serpentis Corporation Destroyed: Arazu System: Luminaire Security: 1.0

(Special commendation to Starleaf Moon for his devastating use of the civilian railgun.)
Now the question everyone concerned about the competence of Concord must be asking - why did Concord bring their Special Ops Battleships to this encounter involving a mere Arazu, but only Special Ops Cruisers to engage a Nyx mothership? Inspector Ronier appears to be capable of flying a Special Ops Battleship, yet chose not to.
Shurely shome mishtake?

I'll let you know when something actually changes. So far I haven't noticed anything, although I haven't checked my CONCORD standing in a couple days. I can say, however, that my security status remains unchanged as of ~18 hours ago.

And the point of your post is what? I don't believe anyone in this thread claimed to be the first to attack and kill an Aurora actor, even one in a CONCORD ship or playing a CONCORD officer. On the contrary, we did it because we knew from previous attacks on Aurora personnel that proper CONCORD forces would not respond to our aggression.
Besides, it's customary to provide proof when making a counter-claim (which would be rather amusing in and of itself because no one has claimed otherwise, to the best of my knowledge). So, let's see a kill mail. Or STFU, alt troll.
Thanks.
P.S. For those of you interested in knowing about the results of CONCORD's 'threat' of standing and security hits, I have as of this post suffered no changes whatsoever.
