He hasn't. He has certainly used wat before, but also he hasn't claimed the right to it and often deliberately seceded the right to you. I can't say if he has made dibs to that right in the event of you giving up on your account, but in the case he already hasn't I intend to maintain my claim to it. You're going to end up losing the trademark anyway, since maintaining trademarks is based on continued use of it and clearly you won't be posting anymore, so you might as well make a proper decision on who inherits those rights.
