It seems the dragon related problems will be fixed at the 5th. Patchnotes changed slightly:
"Locking on a ship while it is cloaking no longer breaks the cloak cycle."

Tux, is it a bug that cyno field pilots are no longer invulnerable when they light one off, or is that now as intended (which is a major change in mechanics that was not communicated)? ------------------- |

Hijack! It's not a bug that has been confirmed already. They now behave as originally intended.
The debate is whether or not they should be allowed to activate their own modules while the cyno is running.
But back to topic, fix cloak now! rawr! rawr! rawr!

Originally by: Hoshi Sorry if I don't become happy right now, I won't be until this thing is really fixed, and considering how long other cloaking related issues like the cloak/cyn field bug have gone unfixed I am not holding my breath.
But it is enough for me to not cancel my covert op alt account. At least not today.
Patch notes for the Sep 5th patch :
"Locking on a ship while it is cloaking no longer breaks the cloak cycle"

No they don't they are supposed to be able to shoot back as well, so this is just a half fix (which is worse than no fix at all).
