What is the best marauder for blitzing lvl 4 missions ? if you put Golem aside due to missile flight.. what is the best between Kronos, Paladin and Vargur ? note that I have access to all 4 factions lvl 4 agents
Can Marauders compete with dual RR sentry Domi in blitzing ?

seeing as how they are all pretty much the same, i would say paladin fo rsansha/br/drones, kronos for gurista/serpentis/mercs/eom and vargur for angels.
I should buy an Ishtar.

And if you just want one that does pretty much equally well anywhere get a golem. |

I would probably guess the paladin or kronos out of the gunboats. Varg seems pretty good, I just feel unimpressed with it.
they all pretty much do so much damage that their damage type isn't super limiting. I tend to use my paladin for EoM and Merc missions. maybe I should use the kronos instead? Gone berserk is just nice in a paladin, everything is pretty much in multifrequency range with tachs. and mercs just die so fast I've never really been too concerned. although they do like to get close which suggests using the blaster kronos.

One marauder is not faster then two domi, but two marauders are better then two domi. I guessing the golem and 1 turret based marauder is a good setup, then you have the golem to deal with battleships and the turret marauder can deal with anything sub battleship.
I've tried flying the golem and the kronos solo, and the golem is probably the best marauder when it comes to dealing with battleships. The kronos is really faster at dealing with smaller ships, it has 70km falloff range with null and will one shot anything cruiser down within most of that range, and the faster weapon cycles and no flight time makes it much better for small ships.
I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

It all depends on what rats you're shooting. Every rat has it's resist weakness hole, so you should deal that type of damage that the rat is weakest to. Every rat deals a definite damage type, so it's best to use a ship that has strong resists against incoming damage that you'd be facing. With that said, any marauder could work. It all depends what you're shooting.

Golem + paladin in amarr space, the golem is a liitle more flexable as far as damage type.
Paladin kills everything sub battleship faster then you can target it, golem kills the big stuff, if anything gets close you have 10 light drones to tear it up.
Golem + Kronos for gurista or EOM missions kin/therm damage stuff.
I do use a vargur for angel missions but I would be better off with 2 golems. |

Golem "cannot" use warp speed rigs which makes it subpar for blitzing. OTOH, if you have a full Ascendancy set, the Golem still isn't normally better than a gunship when blitzing. =/
