Jita will be like that big planet in star wars where teh whole planet is one big city :)

Please allow me to translate: the Eve engine client/server model cannot support this kind of thing without exploding.

Yeah it would be cute to fly down into the atmosphere but for what purpose? Now start adding structures and crap to the surface of planets and the ability to gain something from it and things get interesting.
Savio	Posted - 2006.09.01 20:13:00 - [21] If they add planetary flight, the will also need to make bases on the moons.... to mabye they should move some of the space stations and place bases on moons instead? also this could widen the gameplay even more, why not let players make: bases on the moon, making it mining, research, pleasure huts, casino and other.. of cource it would take a **** load of time to make diffrent surfaces for each planet.. also the gas giants dont need surfaces...
