Caldari is the most underpowered race in game! This is because of their ships masses, inertia and drone bay. And T2 javelin torpedoes anti-bonus makes ship speed even worse.
Drone bay is TOO small! I can't even fit 5 heavy drones on my raven!
So please increase Raven and Scorpion drone bay to 100.

Or maby consider that caldari are not drone specialists if drones are that big a problem to you train gallente ships personally ive et to find a drone that a Smart bomb wont kill
while missiles take the owner ;)

caldari has too much gimed ships. CPP needs to start taking care of their biggest populations much better!!! Im sick of flying bricks that they call ships!

The reason why caldari ships should be better is that Caldari is the best race in game!
Minmatars have worst looking ships, because they were slaves. Ammarrians are religious lunatics. Gallenteans are peaceful democratic trader faction who don't need to get any combat bonus.

Well, to be honest, caldari do have a couple of issues. The mass is totally borked, the moa and eagle each need one more turret.
As for javelin torps, they are possibly the most overpowered thing about caldari. So yeah, boost!

I wouldn't count on it. All the other tier3s will outdamage it (well, the megathron will for gallente, hyperion won't be a fleet ship). Range isn't the only factor.

Totally disagree. Imagine a fleet of scorps versus a fleet of geddons, tempests and megathrons. It wouldn't be pretty.

Your opinion. I disagree again. It doesn't have enough grid to run a decent armor tank and torps. It does fairly pathetic (by comparsion to mega/pest/geddon) DPS with no damage mods. It doesn't have enough mids to run a decent tackle setup with enough ECM to make it's poor tank hold up. It isn't fast/agile enough to control range and prevent it's target escaping.

#1 Delete all race ships besides caldari.
#2 Copy caldari ships into slots left by deletion of other races.
Voila! Perfectly balanced races!

This thread is most entertaining, Caldari definetly doesnt need a boost in anyway. They are slow, longrange fighters with a fetish for pointy sticks.
Now you want to make them good with drones and faster ships, why not make them cap and armor kings aswell so we dont have to fly anything but Caldari.
The only negative thing I've found with caldari is that they have pretty dull ships.

I get so sick of seeing all these "un-nerf my race" threads. there are a lot of differences in the ships of the 4 races, and you just have to fly them differently. in general, all 4 races are actually pretty well balanced. Sure, there are a few exceptions, but no one race is better or worse overall. Caldari ships are slower and have crummy drone bays, but they make up for it by having tons of cpu and midslots galore. If you want a quicker ship with a good drone bay, train Gallente, but don't plan on fitting your thorax with 4 target jammers.

If you seriously don't understand that the Raptor, Merlin, Moa, Eagle, Ferox, and Vulture are borked (and no, the Ferox being good for AFK kill missions doesn't mean it's a good ship) then you need to rethink the way you understand Caldari ships. Just because the Raven is good doesn't mean Caldari are universally overpowered.

Oh, and don't even start whining about the Rokh, until the targetting range cap is raised high enough that the Rokh actually uses its optimal bonus to outrange other ships, it's not even at an advantage.

The ferox is a good ship. It's just not a rail ship
As for the vulture, it does what it needs to do.
