i have banned a few people for this and i will contiune to do so. i find it very anyoning when people say they are too lazy to file bug reports then do nothing but whine about bugs on the forums, even when i see them on the test server.
my descision stays.
also, there are more rules regarding the test server than just the EULA. we can add and remove rules as we see fit.

Sharkbait, in your origional post on this thread you said that you would be putting up a new thread to deal with the accounts that are currently `expired` on sisi, have you already done this thread as i cannot find it and you said you might be able to reactivate the accounts if you post on this thread but not if you post another thread about it?
I havent posted another thread for that reason :)
Or do we just have to wait till Kali is put on sisi for it to be reactivated?

ok for the last time 
i will create a new thread and sticky it when we put kali onto sisi. sisi is not running kali yet and might not be for another 8 days. 
therefore no thread is created.

What's wrong is that you are taking places from people who do want to bug test. SiSi only has limited spaces on it, hence Fight Club was closed to discourage people from going on there to test pimp setups.

Are you testing with corpmates then, rather than finding bugs? Again, limited spaces for people who just want to use SiSi as a throw-away shipyard.

ah u did't ban me becouse u dont like me, but becouse u find me anoying, and becouse i post "whines" on the forums.
( most company's would call it customer feedback or "a complaint" but u can call it a whine to ofcourse)
im not only posting aboud complaints on te forums but also come up with ways how we might do this or that better/diffrend and then discuss it with other people ( aint that where the forums are for?)
and wich test server rule did i break by not filling in a bug report?
test server rulez:
1) No Podding.
2) NO PODDING.
3) Combat by consent only, except in FFA.
4) No hoarding.
5) Do NOT harass the BugHunters, Devs or Volunteers.
6) There will be NO transports or spawning of items.
7) Any breach of the rules will be met with harsh uncaring reactions (ie permabanned from testing for first offence).
8) No mass market purchases or supersize stack creations.
9) No mass refining items or ships.
10) No Capital ships or fighter drones in FFA2.
11) No dropping secure cans at the battlefields or FFA area's
and if i am on the test server i dont hold up any place for any other bug tester, instead i help them, becouse they can interact with me.
btw, i would rather not discuss this on the forums. if u could just drop me a email or somting.
i olrady tried sending a mail to the moderators but they could't help me.
i realy don't see why u have to ban me and i do want to get on the test server just like every other paying member.

shark has every right to ban u from sisi, u dont pay for sisi, its not part of ur sub, its not part of the eula, its an extra ccp give us. And ban discussions on sisi is forum suspendable i think so id stfu if i was u eh.

And btw, to previous discussion - hey, guys, sisi is а TEST server, right? The whole idea is to TEST things and report bugs, when you find them - not to just give you a free chance to try some weird setup of your 'phoon. As a developer and sysadmin myself, i sure can understand Sharky.

Should be a lot less "intense", and given the fact most "stuff" that requires testing is available at 100 ISK a piece, that's the only thing that really matters, getting the TQ skill list on SISI.

Yes, but they can interact with other players who are also testing bugs just as well.
I got no problems personally with people going onto SiSi for an hour or so to see what's happening with new patches. It's those who go on to create pimp setups, explore, scan belts, that annoy me.
