When each of us started EVE and early in our noobish days we realized the gigantic scope of this universe, the endless possibilties of it, a dream was born in our minds. The first goal, most ambitious, practically unreachable, maybe even ridiculous.
So what was your ultimate dream in EVE before you realized how many obsticles stand in your way, and how unimportant you are on the global scale? Before you accepted reality and set a lesser, but much more practical goal.
I am leaving my identity as OP unknown to make this as neutral as possible. I will post with my main here at some point though. It would be great if as many people replied here as possible, so then I could make a statistic of broken dreams (or maybe not broken). Please tell your friends about this thread.

-8 scramble points module BPO just for me (with fitting reqs of a normal -2 faint scramble)

I wanted to be a trader, haul things around the universe. But eves travel system is so screwed up thats no fun at all ;_;, get rid of instas, get rid of the reasons why instas are needed, and somehow keep everyone happy in the process... Then things would be perfect ^_^

Yep, that an being able to exchange ISK for dollars on a 1:1 ratio so I could pay off my mortgage and retire on just one BS spawn. (I am joking, I am in not way endorsing the sale of ISK for cash).

To actually be able to afford to fly and have the skills to fly both assault frigates and interceptors, while also being effective with electronic warfare.

i agree is you, also maybe a 20 km web for those vagas that fit stabs and a mwd.. almost impossable to get unless you have a hugan and a dictor, but i would like to fight one in my curse some day....

My Ultimate Dream, and the sole reason I started to play this fantastic game is called "NYX" the gallente mothership.
At that time I did not know how long it will take me to get one.

First of all, im too dam stubborn. Giving up is not an option, so the NYX is still my main goal and "I win" goal. Ofcource, I wont ever leave this game. Its just a way to measure my success.
I got lots of other goals too, but they all inferior to my main goal. A Nyx is and always will be my main goal!

Well as a noob I'm keeping my sights low and taking things one step at a time.
My only real big goal at this stage (not sure how big it is yet) is to have a ship with a cloaking device.
