Sadly, your character isn't me, but if you stopped doing PI in highsec and joined Goonswarm you could profit like you're me. Look down, look back up, where are you? You're on the ship with the man your character could be rich like. What's in your hand, back at me. I have it. It's an oyster with two PLEXes for that game you love. Look again: the PLEXes are now diamonds. Anything is possible when your character is part of the Swarm. Now, to answer your question: why would anyone wish for all the lowsec POCOs to get blown up? For tears and profit, my silly dear...for tears, and for profit. The tears of highsec pubbies who can no longer pay for their PLEXes each month by planetary interaction alone and the profit of cheaper PLEX and more money in general from controlling POCOs that do exist in lowsec. Or, if you were smart enough to get into Goonswarm, the POCOs that exist in your null security space empire.
