Hai,
I have an extra account wich i wont use, but how can i sell it for isk?
If I accept an offer do I just give the name and pass of that account to the new owner or am i missing something here?

No idea if its legal to do it or not (game rules wise) but if you do it I would suggest that before you do you go and edit the personal and financial information so that its effectively wiped. No sense telling the buyer where you live or letting him use your credit card info!

You are not allowed to sell accounts or transfer 'ownership' of them to any other person. Accounts that do this warrant a ban.
However, you are allowed to transfer a specific character to another existing account using a service provided by CCP. Generally, sell offers for characters are done in the sell forums. And if the sale is documented on the forums (or eveMail) then it is guaranteed by CCP. Once a sale is agreed upon, then the buyer must have an empty character slot open, and the seller goes to the Transfer Character tool on the Account web page and follows the instructions. The service cost $20 and must be paid by the seller. Though what happens after the sale is out of CCP's domain if you want to settle up another way.
One more thing: character sales are for ISK only. Real money trades are NOT allowed.

right, thanks. so the only way to sell an account for ingame isk is to spend 20$.
hmmm.. must think about that
