So I decide to give Eve another try after a 5 month break. I come back and I'm still in 0.0 space docked at the same station I left. However my corp has I guess cleaned up my account due to inactivity. There I am no longer a member. Since the station is owned by the corp(LV) I cannot access any facilities, like medical. I get "Access Denied" I am about 30+ jumps from empire. I tryed to get back to empire once but got killed by pirates on last gate before empire. Therefore I got put back at original place deep in 0.0. And now I can't buy a better clone. So I have the lowest clone you can get, which won't protect much considering I am using an 11 million sp player. Therefore I don't want to try getting to empire again.
I have already tryed applying to 2 corps (Shinra my old corp) and M corp) and got rejected, for whatever reason. I'd like to rejoin them but I guess they either don't want me back or something. So now I have no idea what to do other than paying someone money for an escort back to empire safely. I don't have bookmarks back to empire and am not too good at evading bad guy anyway.
So thoughts. This really sucks. Only a few days after rejoining Eve and I can't do anything in game.

So your 11mil SP, you don't have bookmarks, and you can't use a shuttle + Common sense to sneak through just after Downtime to get out?
Its a bit risky but I've done it several times before and its not Impossible.
You are not stuck.
Cease whining.

He may not be stuck but his situation does suck. Sadly I don't know what can be done for the man unless he has lots of money to bribe his way out. - - - - - - I have no strong feelings one way or the other... |

Try and write a petition ... a GM might be kind and move you to empire.

dunno, if your old corp owns that station, I'd ask them to lower the standings required for clone contracts for a minute, then you could buy one, move him to empire and they podkill you to empire without skill-loss. Shouldn't be such a big problem, if they still know you. Except they don't like you ofc. ( Not sure, about if it works with standings, never configured that )

odd that they wont take you back. Must be they are either worried about your account getting hacked, taken over, sold, etc, or are just not wanting to worry with you leaving again the future.
but yea, what you should have down is moved your clone to empire before you got podded the first time. course, if you had implants, not the way to go, but you already lost any you might of had.
you could look for the nearest ISS station, the stations in and around KDF are probably closest to LV space, if you can get there, you can buy a new clone, but as you know, this is risky. move the clone to empire before you try, that way if you do get podded, you only stand to lose SP once.
diplomacy is your best bet in the end, if they wont help you, any deal you work out with parties nearby will have the same risk of getting podded with no clone. LV has always been honorable in my dealings with them, sit down and talk it out.

Don't try to rejoin your old corp simply by filling an ingame application.
Get in a conversation with some shinra director, speak to them and ask them to join back. Then after they agreed to have you back, you do the ingame application to rejoin.

If your clone rights are revoked your clone is supposed to revert to your empire noobie station. If it did not and you were cloned back to the 0.0 station and can not upgrade your clone, then file a stuck petition and ask a gm to move you.

I'd appreciate if you'd not bash me for asking for help on this forum and accuse me of whining. I've always liked the players in Eve because they like to help. But every now and then a know it all vet comes along with a smart mouth. If I came in here saying "Eve sucks", "it's not fair" or whatever, that's whining. So please don't respond if you're gonna accuse an honest post looking for help as whining.

I already thought of that. I was told they would not interfere with the gameplay. I explained exactly what happened.
When my cloned died, the one that could cover 11 mill sp I was put right back at the 0.0 space. There was no way for me to move it before i lost it because I didn't have access to medical. My mistake was not moving clone before I took a break from Eve. Didn't think this would happen.

I've also asked 2 corp main guys in convo if I could join. One was Shinra, another M. Both acted like they would accept me but later rejected app. I have since emailed one back explaining I'd appreciate 1 day membership to move my stuff and get out of their space.
I have also offered in local 10 mill ISK for someone to escort me to empire. No one took me up on it. I will try again tonight.
And I am not that good at evading people. Never was that good at Eve and figuring out scanning, safespots and all that. So scared to go out 30+ jumps alone. Especially when it means losing my 11sp character. People get escorts when they're worried about losing only a ship. I'm worried about a character.
The GM that denied you was incompetent.
Demand to have your petition elevated.
If your only option is to face the possibility of repeated pod killing WITHOUT the option to change where your clone goes, then you should be moved by a GM.

I wouldnt ask for an escort if someone knows your predicament they might pod you for $hits and giggles anyways.
Quite difficult for anyone to lock a capsule unless they are setup specifically for that. Jump as far as you can until you see people in local then log and wait for another time to log back on and carry on.

What reigion of LV space specifically are you stuck in? Reguardless, you should be close to Curse. Buy a shuttle, and near downtime go there. All stations in curse are faction owned, so you can acess medical facilities. From there just upgrade your clone and if you dont want to deal with the camps at port of entry, just set your clone point to empire and self destruct your pod. Or if youre interested in staying out in 0.0, send me an evemail.

Well luckily I talked with one of the corp guys who had rejected my app and asked him why. Reason was they are in so many wars that no corps in alliance are taking recruits i guess because of spys or something. But he did a real cool thing and changed it so I was liked by his corp. That granted me access to his corps station 2 jumps away. That is M which is part of same alliance (LV). Then I finally found someone in Shinra who remembered me (thanks Toffi3) who reprocessed my stuff, fixed my Raven so I could repackage and sell and escorted me 2 jumps so I could get to station and medical and then get a clone and change to empire. And last but not least he podded me so I could get back to Empire. :) Thanks. Now I'm all set.
I can not believe there is not some way around this type of situation. I mean I know that's the game but what if my alliance or corp moved while I was away and I couldn't find anyone. I mean I lucked out big time.

Normally a failsafe kicks in, when access to the medical tab is removed by station owners your clone is automaticaly moved back to Empire Space. In your case a bug prolly prevented it and a GM should have fixed it. -----

Probably didn't happen because he was in Shinra when the station was taken, although I wouldn't like to be caught behind enemy lines, trapped by my former friends.

Definately escalate you petition, you do not deserver to lose SP.
As previously mentioned, you could try and sneak out straight after DT.. not always easy, and if you have been podded already, and are.. Im presuming baciscally flying a pod now.. not easy at all.
I would have thought a GM would help out here. 400x120@24000 bytes or less please. -Capsicum

As others have said, you should have ended up in Empire. If you didn't, there's only 2 possiblities why that happened:
A) Bug. B) You're not telling us the whole thruth.
If it's A) a GM should move you or he's a moron. If it's B), well, good luck __________________________________________________

Guys, not sure what to tell you to prove I'm not some eBayer. But just think about the times you may have taken a few month break from Eve. That's what I did.
As I posted in my last post an M corp guy let me have temp access to their station 2 jumps away and then I found someone I used to know in Shinra who reprocessed my crap at my current station and then escorted me over there. So I'm all set now.
Really strange though that if revoked from a corp you have access denied to any facilities but like you guys are saying the clone doesn't get revoked. My thoughts were like you guys are saying that it should have put me in empire as I didn't have access anymore to current clone station.

It's really simple actually, even though im not aware of the specifics of yer case.
Revoking clones is done manually. That is, a director of the corp who owns a station can revoke the clones that are set at the station he's at. That means, as pointed out, that your clone is moved from that station to the station in your starter system. Disallowing one access to the Medical facility at a station however, is a Station Setting. Not done manually, but based on standings. You're now in a noob corp, thus 0.0 standings thus no access to the Medical facility.
GM did the right thing. Glad it worked out though.

No way did the GM do the right thing. Under no circumstances are you supposed to be able to be stuck without a clone or the ability to get one.
