That is a rhetorical question; we all know that you want to take over EVE, under the slogan:ö Nice region, weÆll take it!ö
However, what I want to know is the point of view of the big (and small) alliances that live in 0.0 about the new Kali patch and the new regions that will be open ôto the publicö.

What the hell would be the point in taking over all of Eve? BoB would disand out of boredom if they had no enemies, just like any PvP entity.

I think it's safe to say that there will be a LOT of wars coming and it will get bloody. The real issues though are going to be the monster lag and server instability. If CCP hasn't figured out some way to combat the lag during massive fleet battles, then its going to be just another crappy grind and no fun for either side.
Anyone who has been in a massive battle will tell you it sux sux sux. Nothing like targetting someone for 2 minutes and then MAYBE your mods MIGHT fire. This will be the major problem for kali. Whats the point of fleet battles if it doesnt take skill or calling primary doesnt matter because of the monster lag. Whoever you kill or whoever kills you isn't about skill....its about luck and thats not fun.
I am looking forward to Kali and all of the cool new toys that we will get. But if the lag issue isn't resolved, it won't matter because people will just get tired of it. All it will be about is the blob and not about fun battles which is what most of us want.
As far as plans go, I am sure BoB, LV, ASCN, D2, you name it, have a LOT in store for kali. I would be disappointed otherwise 
And if you thought raiding delve is hard now, I am pretty sure it's gonna get a little harder in the future

i have inside info, a ts recording on some bob members talking about what they are gonna do, it is very detailed and somewhat disturbing, some stuff about somethign called Real life, disney and 12 year old girls, just sickening

bob's plans are to continue to convice the world that they are not MC alts and they are not the mains of ASCN, while convincing everybody that it's molle in charge, while in fact it's the women of EVE that run the show.
this is true cuz everyone knows that Molle spents his days dipping in a large frige full of beer and he asked krystal to run the entire eve.

I think bob will try to secure their claimed regions with whatever feat Kali brings. The new regions will not be claimed by BOB unless they are really close. Instead they will hit other alliances that is trying to take the new regions, either in their own claimed space or in the new region. Similar to what they did against IRON when they were away fighting ASCN.
After the initial wars for the new regions when things calm down bob might go in and take what someone else already built. Then come on the boards talking about easter eggs, spoons, nice region, mc alts, phases completed, tinfoil hats etc.
