Its quite simple really. We are creating a secret nap with *insert alliance name you are paranoid of or dont trust here* to come and invade your region and take your space. Once we have done this and you are back in empire we will log on our MC alts and war dec you. Dont listen to the people in your alliance that say "our region is useless to bob. They wont attack us" or "we are too small of an alliance to be on bobs radar". These people are just or alt spys trying to get you to let your guard down and remove your tinfoil hat. Your parinoia is justified. We really are comming to get you!

BoB are desparately all playing their alts, to convince the world that they're not all BoB alts.
That's right. Everyone else in EVE is either in BoB, or is a BoB alt. Except YOU. And that's because they all hate you. There's never been 30k players on EVE, just about 500 all multi-accounting lots, and specifically geared to persecute the very small minority who's not part of the BoB/MC/LV/ISS/D2 collective (alts in each, important requirement).
So there.
Either that, or they're mining hard for their Titan fleet.
Which reminds, me, anyone know of anywhere that does hats with velcro patches? I to get some that say 'I am a ***** alt' with removable patches. Just for the conspiracy theoriests out there of course.

History tidbit: Conan The Republican's quote is actually a watered down "softened" version of a quote from Ghengis Khan. The original was more like:
