How about we change security status of all empire systems to 0.0 during the international talk like a pirate day?
I'm sure this would really encourage people to play pirates

Well... 19th september was the day nothing else was about that could draw attention from a new holiday(ipd) and the only reason the guy who tought it up knew about this was because his ex wife had her birthday... the 19th september
