PbC - the bestest choice of payment if you want to take a break from any online game.
Hey, better a dwarf planet named after you than nothing, isn't it?

Yep, a handful of people decided pluto is no longer a planet, which caused a much larger body of people of similiar intelligence to basicly say "ok, what the **** is wrong with you *******s?"
Besides, I' thought pluto was 'replaneted' a few days ago. Altho some of this people are just being so picky/petty it's absurd. Who cares if pluto may have been a moon, it has it's own damn orbit, leave it as a planet. Saying it's not a planet anymore is going to confuse the living hell out of a few hundred million young children who are learning about the planets.

People said the same thing when astronomers first realised that Ceres wasn't a planet.

Actually, Eris is quite likely to be a little bit pink. Triton is, and it's in a similar sort of place to Eris.

Edited by: Sakura Nihil on 14/09/2006 15:31:23 Okay, this is just scary now - I didn't know wtf Eris' lil fnord statement meant, so I looked it up in the Urban Dictionary (I'm a lamer, I know )...
Look at the bottom entry...
6. fnord 34 up, 36 down
fnord fnord fnord fnord fnord
Hail hail hail hail hail ERIS!

As for fnord, reference this: clicky. And because I'm in a clicky mood.
As for your question, no the world has not gone pink crazy. It has gone pink sane.

You mean you were suprised that Eris might post a comment about Eris in a thread about Eris?
Fnord has been adopted by discordians as having some relevance in their religion. Discordians worship the goddess Eris, whom the planet Eris was named after and whom they (discordians) often refer to as Eris Discordia.

I was surprised to find out that in finding out what fnord meant, I found a quote about Eris from over a year ago.
That being said, enough of a hijack - congrats on the new planet Eris .
