Update
I have just issued all the shares from the first 24 hours of the IPO and will be issuing those from the subsequent 4-5 days over the weekend. Certificates will be available afterwards.
The IPO is still open for those who have not had a chance to snap up this invaluable and incredibly popular stock in a company that has publically declared it does nothing...

Er... re-read the first post. You'll never get a return on the isk you give. It's not an investment, it's a guy everyone likes asking for money. I assume anyone donating money actually read the post and knows this :p.

Regarding the shares, I have issued most of them now, with the shares from the past 3-4 days still left to do.
The IPO is being held open indefinitely while purchases are being made, and orders are still being accepted.
A new screenshot with the latest shareholders will be up tomorrow.
