Greetings, fellow pilots.
As many of you may or may not know, we of The Black Rabbits have very recently been making our entrance by means of superior firepower. And with our humble beginnings, some have taken to acknowledge our unrivalled combat operations and fled the area. However, there is one particular foe that's been a constant thorn in our sides. Mildly agitating, though persistent. Two characteristics that when combined, must be called to our attention in order to put this nuisance down once and for all.
Yes, that would happen to be you, Kimotoro Directive.
The fact that some of you are willing to sink to our level and fight us (illegally, might I point out) on our own territory very much displeases us. Aggressing our vessels when sentry guns say otherwise, and firing upon us all for what? For the fact that we favor Brotherhood over being trampled on by some wayward megacorporations? Are you not the children of the almighty Caldari State? Is there not some sort of code of honor amongst State-loyal Caldari pilots?
Apparently not. Such days are long and gone, for all you so-called 'Patriots' left out there in the cold.
The differences between certain Directive pilots and typical pirates roaming the Mito constellation seem few and far between. So we'll put this in plain and simple words for you, the way any normal freebooter would understand it: we very much intend to claim the lawless systems residing in the Mito constellation all in the name of our Brotherhood.
Now, for the rest of you Directive members that can act like the prim and proper businessmen you are, any infringement upon our territory will most certainly not be tolerated. Unless a set amount of credits can and will be paid weekly, of course. This price, will be negotiated privately between our directors, should the Directive in their bullheadedness even remotely consider it an option.
Ah, but here's the catch, you see. These terms have already been violated on the Directive's behalf. Repeatedly. And unncessarily. But we're all reasonable entrepreneurs here, aren't we? So, we'll give you one last chance. Unless a lump sum of one billion (1,000,000,000) ISK is fed directly to our lovely organization's wallet, certain Caldari podder corporations will begin to.. let's say.. lose stock value. We do hope you consider our offer, as the clock is rapidly ticking. You know how CONCORD-sanctioned declarations of war work. Twenty-four hours to go.
Until then,
The Black Rabbits

Hours passed and not a sound from Kimotoro Directive one way or the other, and no sign of them in the systems in the Mito constellation they frequent either.

Ridiculous. Absurd. A few filthy pirates claiming Caldari State territory? The very thought is laughable. I sincerely doubt the Kimotoro Directive will even acknowledge your puny organization as a real threat. I personally spilled my wine over my desk laughing so hard at a few pirates offering an ultimatum to a State Megacorporation.

Back to the main topic. Any pirate organization claiming any sort of decency is pathetic. Piracy is in itself an act of cowardice. Those who walk that route are frightened by the challenge of working for one's nation, and take the much simpler task of attacking random passerby's for money. The Black Rabbits are no different. Despite claims of grandois and military strength, all pirates are the same. They are opportunistic, spineless weaklings who claim greatness while slaughtering the defenseless and innocent. The views of right and wrong are immaterial and political only. We are merely reclaiming our territory and thus far the state and its mighty alliances have been powerless to stop us. This is no less different than staking a claim on some lawless 0.0 territory, except for the fact that the state have placed sentry guns on gates.

You never owned it.
You don't own it now.
And you never will own it.
It is State space, and there will be a lot more than sentry guns on gates to prove that if you think otherwise.

Of course there is no substantive difference between NBSI territorial imperialists and "pirates" in the first place (expect of course that most pirates have the courage of their convinctions and the honesty to admit what they are). Show me a 0.0 NBSI alliance that isn't full of "pirates" and "extortionists" and I'll eat Ragnar's hat.

Yuki, what have we accomplished of any significance since the Ishukone freighter incident, and before that, since the Ushra'Khan war? We've been working with the very alliances Jasmine's talking about, and shooting up defenseless, neutral ships in 0.0 space for the fun of it - because we needed to find a way to stay alive. Because only our combat pilots were left. Not to mention we never gave the pods a chance to get out.
I'm not going to claim the moral high ground, but there is no difference between what we've been doing and what I'm doing now, except that now CONCORD gives me a slap on the wrist because they've got me under surveillance. I've been labeled a pirate by certain individuals long before I left the Syndicate.
We were worthless, Yuki, and we still are. That's why Ishukone got rid of us. And we continued to be a thorn in the side of the State because we always put revenge first and State service second. That's something you should admit. We've done nothing good for upright society in a very long time.
You seem kind of ticked off that I left, and that's understandable, but perhaps you should ask your uncle just why I walked away.

Jasmine, truth is entirely relative, and after any kind of conflict is largely the product of the victors. So the truth of this little matter, and the real nature of the participants, will only emerge in the weeks and months to come when it has been shaped and manipulated to the satisfaction of those involved. Even the original ultimatum arrived with a heavy degree of spin, and laden with taunts and provocations. It seems clear to me that the Rabbits want a sanctioned war to add legitimacy to their grab for territory.
However I suspect they will encounter a harsher reality than KD if they continue to make claims about 'their' territory. The Directive are not the only inhabitants of the region, and are certainly not the most capable, the most dangerous or the most organised.
As for you Kyoko, much of what you said was true, and inline with my own thinking. But whereas you have chosen to revel in destruction and associate with pirates we are at least still striving to find our way. You chose an easier path, and in doing so have perhaps given Omerta the focus needed to find theirs. I have no clear idea what the next few weeks might bring for me, but I am confident enough in the leadership of my corporation to say that I will be able to carry out my orders without overcoming my conscience first. I hope you too are granted that luxury.

The more I hear about the Rabbits, the more I come to respect them. They're just obeying the law ... the law of the jungle. Of course, they've never shown me anything but respect to me in return, so long as I'm strong enough to fend for myself. Should that ever change, I will no longer be worthy of their respect.
In fact, the only problem I've had with the rabbits so far is that they're making it harder for an independent pirate to make a living on the edges of State-controlled territory. Ah well. It's lovely in Gallente space this time of year. _

Ha! I am in no position within Omerta to offer threats or any other kind of statement. I was merely providing my own interpretation of this increasingly interesting situation. I have encountered several of the individuals involved in this discussion recently and have travelled through the troubled region several times in the last few days. My comments here represent nothing more than my own curiosity in the matter. A curiosity I might add that extends to being very interested in what the Star Fraction intend to do with the material they are reportedly moving into the region. I think that your tone here might have gone someway to answering that however.

The Directive has failed to meet our demands and henceforthly we have bribed concord to allow unlimited aggresion.
The campaign is of to a good start since no targets have been found in Mito and surrounding lowsec systems. Our spies also have reported an exodus of industrial class and transport class vessels.
We are looking forward to finding out if this is a permanent withdrawal of KD or if they are gathering a fleet to prove their worth in the coming days.

However the tone of some of the replies is starting to get me hoping that Zaitsev sends us down into Mito, weapons free. This is turning into something a lot more complicated than a simple pirate action, with uncertain allies and enemies I like too much. Still, in amongst the confusion I expect I will find my targets. That said I am not so foolish as to think that I will not need a ready supply of fresh clones and replacement ships. I don't think anyone is getting out of this one unscathed.

Blockading 0.0 space? Sniping gates at 100km?
Clearly you have no concept at all what you're talking about.
I don't even pilot a ship that'll do that effectively, when i hunt i'm usually solo, and when we're in groups we never blockade and shoot randoms, we move into alliance controlled space where we'd be shot for being there anyway, and attack the hub systems of territorialist alliances.
The fact that we don't set standings to every corporation in the game to make sure we don't shoot someone who by some miracle isn't planning on shooting us anyway is down to a lack of trust.
If someone is in lawless space, they know the risks, and they're there for a reason, one is profit, the other is to kill. No-one in those regions can be accused of innocence.
You clearly know absolutely nothing about us and i find it dissapointing that a member of Star Fraction holds so much animosity towards us paired with so few facts.

EC-P8R is hostile alliance controlled space? Last I checked, it is ISS space, who are probably the least hostile alliance in 0.0. Worse yet, your stats are full of Rookie ship kills there. Well done! Bravo! The State must truly be proud.
If you went to actual hostile hubs, I may just feel simpathy. Since you are so misguided on what one is, let me point you to some nice spots: C4C-ZR, 3JN9-Q, BKG-Q2, D7-ZAC.

How enlightened of you! I have to wonder though, what does an upstanding Caldari have against turning a profit. Especially when the goods and Isk are destined for markets in the State anyway?

EC-P8R is a chokepoint, it's nice to know you've researched as far as the first page of our killboard, and you know as god damn well as i do that alliances use neutral rookie ships with peanuts for isk clones to spy on chokepoints.
Your "point" if you actually have one, is entirely moot.
I like to travel, personally. VFK is a nice system, and Feythabolis holds many suprises. Outer Ring is awfully accomodating too...
Look further than page one, oh wise one.
I'm wondering how long it'll be until you get bored again and head back to Band of Brothers for some more indiscriminate killing.

I guess there's no righteous like the converted, eh?
Jasmines rebukes I can tolerate. Aside from brief stints in other corporations, she's held to Jericho Fraction ideals. You, on the other hand, come freshly into the alliance with the blood of your years of indiscriminant killing on your hands. Note that this isn't a value judgement: I have the same blood on my hands as you do on yours. However, I won't claim to be somehow cleansed of this blood should I change my employer.
This is all very sad, really. Omerta Syndicate has enjoyed very close relations with the various Star Fraction members for a very long time. As Yuki mentioned, we're one of the founding corporations. I, myself, contributed several hundred million isk to the founding of that alliance. I don't say this to brag, but just to illustrate how closely tied we are. I could understand your hostility towards us if we decided, say, to claim and close space. However, so far our only actions on this front have been to grow upset at Kyoko. You must really despise us to take offense at this.
I guess our pet system-claiming imperialists must be much worse than yours.

I must say I am displeased with the comments of Mr. Damordred. I hold Omerta Syndicate in high regard, for several reasons. I personally believe that Omerta Syndicate is simply the other side of the coin; any entity that opposes the corrupt, and inefficent enclosurist alliances gets an A in my book, regardless of their means. We in the Star Fraction have similar ideals, only different rules of engagement.
Perhaps I am in the minority, though. I consider myself more militant than much of the rest of Star Fraction.
This being said, I'm also disturbed by the bellicose remarks regarding a possible intervention by Omerta on behalf of the Kimotoro Directive. Why would an enlightened corporation such as Omerta seek to align with such a backward, nationalist organization as KD? They've barely set foot outside their beloved State into the great unknown. They know nothing of true freedom. They seek to impose their deranged worldview upon the Outer Regions.
I, for one, know exactly who I support in this conflict.

First off, Ms. Akahoshi, let me say that I have nothing but a profound respect for you and I was always honored when you graced one of our fleets.
Originally by: Shintoko Akahoshi You, on the other hand, come freshly into the alliance with the blood of your years of indiscriminant killing on your hands. Note that this isn't a value judgement: I have the same blood on my hands as you do on yours. However, I won't claim to be somehow cleansed of this blood should I change my employer.
I know my transgressions Ms. Akahoshi, and I understand what I have done. If the blood on my hands was easy to clean, I would not be in Star Fraction today. A better choice would have been for me to my leave of the Corporation I called home for so long and become a fat and lazy miner. Simply watching my wallet fill with isk and not even glancing at the world around me.
I think it is better for me to atone by doing something for the betterment of the very people I have harmed. I would be a peace-maker or a relief-worker but I have no skills in either. The only thing I know how to do is fight, and so I have decided to join the only organization that fights for the freedoms I took from those around me. That is why The Star Fraction is the only choice for me.
I guess that brings us to Omerta Syndicate.
Well, to be quite honest, I could really care less about Kyoko. I have never even had a conversation with the lady. My ties with the Black Rabbits are the same ties that I have with you, that of wingmen who I fought and died with on many ocations. That may give me some sympathy to them, but not their cause. I am under no illusions as to who and what they are.
My issues with the Syndicate are far deeper than that. The Syndicate is becomming a corp that lashes out at anything that moves. A loose cabal of pilots who's only mission in life is to see peoples hard work turn into wreckage for their amusement. You are currently squandering the chances I did long ago.
You are a mirror into which I see what I was and am, and what I do not want to be anymore.

As per the rest, this has really gone off topic and the history of Comrade Damodred and the nature of Omerta Syndicate need not be discussed here. Its no secret that Omerta Syndicate indescriminately shoots neutrals and the Star Fraction opinion of such policies is likewise quite well known. Every Star Fraction pilot abides by Star Fraction policy regardless of their history. I think nothing more really need be said here on that topic.

I'm suprised there hasn't been more KD members in this conversation. It seems that APEX's departure may have hit them harder than I first guessed.
Or, maybe they just don't care about Mito anymore, since it was APEX that convinced them to move there anyway. I guess the Black Rabbits will have to leave their "territory" if they want a fight.

Let this be clear:
Jonny Damordred has my every confidence. He has erred in the past, so have I, but he recognizes this and is willing to put his skills towards better causes. Any person or entity that slanders him for a past that he is now seeking to set straight, is also slandering me.
As for the whole founding member or whatnot, any attempt by an NBSI entity to claim any sort of moral high-ground over a pilot currently in Star Fraction and Tabula Rasa is laughable. I know why Omerta supported and helped found Star Fraction - I was it's Political Officer at the time, for those who did not know that - and that discussion is old and by the wayside.
If you do not appreciate a Tabula Rasa pilot calling you on your change of heart ragarding target selection protocol, feel free to bring us your war declaration. Dear Kimotory Directive,
Since you failed to meet our terms and recognize our rightful presence in the Mito Constellation and surrounding systems and our right to ply our trades.
A war was started.
We were looking forward at crossing swords with you to see who is the strongest and to settle our differences.
However you withdrew from the area without accepting defeat.
We aren't happy with this situation. Either recognize us or fight us, is really all we ask.
However... we are fully aware we can't force you to fight and you can run back to Jita and hide under the wings of the Caldari Navy... we are fully aware you can stay planetside for a well deserved vacation when the weak of the state need you most.
So this is what is going to happen. We will fly trough Mito and murder people you are supposed to protect and we will pillage their ships and fatten our wallets. We will do so until you either start protecting them again in force; or publically admit you are in no shape or form to protect this constellation anymore with your Phanthom Forces of Fascist Fallacies.
The lives of the locals are in your hands... make your decision public, "protect them" or "don't protect them". Until you have made that decision the murder will continue and noone will be spared.
Chaos is upon you, The Black Rabbits.

This war is about the withdrawal of KD from a certain area of space. We just want them to publically admit they withdrew from this sector. Instead of crying War and Death on Galnet, instead of threathening to nail my fuzzy black ears to their hulls. Instead of spouting lies about Combat and Honourable defense operations on their local channels.
Wether the Mito locals get murdered and plundered is up to KD. KD can chose to stop this slaughter by protecting them, or publically admitting they aren't protecting them anymore.
My offer to the locals still stands, foreswear the State, contact Naphtalia on a secure channel.

RE: Mito, Those that choose to enter guristas controlled space do so at their own risk. They have the option to stay under the blanket of the navy or to chance it in low security space. How can it be called slaughtering innocents when all the warning signs are given to them?
At the end of the day. Guristas are taking control of Mito. K-D forces to date have retreated (maybe tacticaly) to high security space. If they wish to prove otherwise, come find us.

I think all the active residents of the Mito constellation are hoping the Directive or another capsuleer alliance will show up to fight the Black Rabbits branch of the Guristas cartel. Low security zones are lightly patrolled by the State, perhaps with an eye on allowing certain controversial transactions to occur, but the idea is hardly to flood those systems with criminals. That is, quite simply, bad for business.

You are *so* wrong...
Fistly, Closing space is bad for business... Mito is open, business is good.
Secondly, We don't have the intention to tell our friends where they can't or can fly, nor do we have the intention to tell our clients where they can or can't fly. Nor do we have the intention to tell our friends who they can or can't shoot.
Oh, we also don't presume to charge our friends for access, that would be rediculous.
Thirdly Sir, KD is a self-proclaimed enemy that keeps taunting and challenging us on GalNet and threathening our existings and they are trying to police our trade. Our offer to KD, a known enemy was of an Humanitarian Nature. Many lives could have been saved.
The 2nd offer on the table is also of a Humanitarian nature. I doubt KD will take this, they value their honour (pretending to fight us while hiding) over the lives of the state's citizens. This infuriates me, and I almost feel sorry for the citizens' lives the Directive is sacrificing to save their names and their wealth.
The directive is turning out to be a sorry excuse for a fighting force inept at doing what they claim to do when a job is actually at hand..
Greed is the reason people are dying, Greed of the Megacorporations, Look at all the dying in Mito and please calculate the amount of isk the Directive values your life.
The real option open to KD was "Pay" or "Fight" they chose the option of "Run like the wind and let the citizens die in agony"

Padon me for being a little cynical a moment, but I've come late into the conversation but would like to make a few points I've noticed.
In this so-called Ultimatum, these pirates claim they are 'making an entrance of superior firepower', and 'unrivaled combat operations.' Yet later, choose to blame the Directive on the loss of innocent life because they choose to have been a 'thorn in your side' and do what? attempt to stop these so-called 'combat operations' that were likely little more that petty piracy.
Then you make a statement about people fighting you illegally in 'your territory' and then a mere few moments later, admit you have no current claim to the systems in Mito but plan to lay claim to it only to then another moment later, call it your territory once more.
Then to further it, you state that infringement on your territory by the Directive won't be tolerated unless they pay you a sum to be determined in private negotiations with the Directive. And yet a moment after that, you accuse them of violating terms you are just now bringing up, and demanding a billion isk in payment.
Now you call out the Directive for departing the system rather than pay your unsupported demands. Did you not want to lay claim to the systems and have the Directive depart? Or was it truely just about the isk?
I would think that an organization making the claims the Black Rabbits are would at least get a single story together, and a goal in mind.. But again, perhaps I'm just cynical but you are attempting to play the righteous card, and yet your deck is obviously stacked quite the opposite.

Well I admit that our concept of "territory" may not be the same as that of an fascist empire, it might simply be a miscommunication. We may have failed in the use of these words trying to communicate on their level. Also we don't have a "media department" censorring our communications and straightening out any inconsistencies.
Yes KD have declared their hostility in the systems where we live. We want them out.. if they left and admit they left, this discussion can be closed and the war stopped.

Could've fooled me. We flew around for hours last night trying to find some evidence of this "war" everyone seems to be talking about. The only bunnies we could find within five jumps of Mito were one holed up in a station in Jan and another flying a hauler in a different region entirely.
Anyway, after a few hours of trying to find this "threat to Mito" it became clear that there was nothing to shoot at, so we sparred with a couple more industrious pirates for a while, and then ran some missions to pass the time.
Quote: If they wish to prove otherwise, come find us.
We're trying, but so far it seems that your "occupation" of Mito is more of a hobby than a serious effort. You'll blob gates for an hour or two during times of day when our manpower is at its lowest and then scatter to the winds when we actually show up. Hell, even the Short Bus Squad made a better showing. At least they didn't desert the area whenever KD was able to field a sizeable force.

This post shows that your attemtps at reports on this war are pure and unadulterated lies. I ran a scouting mission in Otsassai and was there for almost 20 minutes. At NO time did you field 20 pilots and I was not in a rifter. As for the claim of my running let me see a sole pilot on a recon mission vs a small fleet of battleships and HACs, I doubt any of you would have tried for battle.
Your arguments also sound a bit hollow when you realize 90% of your pilots stayed in a single system and never ventured to enter the star systems where you claim we exist.
Quote: Don't try to tell me anything about "times you are least active" because we know when you are active, we gathered intelligence, we seen dozens of your pilots in the systems before at the same time we patrolled yesterday. As for your so called intelligence I have already proven it is faulty as both times your pilots have seen me scouting they have misreported my ship. With this intelligence so obviously lacking it should be clear to anyone that any other intel you claim to have is likely equally as flawed.
Lastly lets make one thing clear, any claim by the "Dust Bunnies" on Caldari space is a farce and illegal at best. To go further and demand tribute for usage of a Caldari system is criminal in it's intent. As such these claims are usmmarily ignored and given the weight they deserve, none. As for the so called withdrawl or retreat fo the Directive Let it be known our operations continue as normal with only a MINOR change of procedure to deal with these thugs.
Seeing as the Dust Bunnies are nothing but a minor pirate group I feel there is no longer a reason for ANY Kimotoro Directive member to bother posting here and will suggest as such to our Board. Our position is known as is the fact that these pirate lie. We have not, nor will we withdraw.

Excuse me for misrepoting the might of the Kimotori forces, who cares what kind of frigate it is.... it was a frigate, your FLEET was 1 frigate! 1 Frigate to protect the citizens that died in droves.

Well Star Fraction, i'm not sure i like your new friends. They seem like a bit of a farce to me. I'm not sure where they're planning on finding 24 Ravens per day, or whether they had any kind of schooling - i mean not only is the logic flawed, but so is the spelling...

Why are the Star Fraction in Mito, anyways?
Speaking for Jericho Fraction, our business in other regions of the cluster has reached a natural conclusion for the moment and we are simply operating in a locale where we see the potential for advancing our cause.
I wish to be clear and state that the operations and methods of the Black Rabbits are precisely none of our business. We are interested, rather, in certain useful consequences and effects of their activities and we will, as usual, act as we see fit and in whichsoever way seems expedient in pursuit of our aims.
I echo the sentiment that further debate and analysis of the activities of The Star Fraction in the region are best taken to a new thread should anyone wish to pursue them.
I will reassert, however, that we of Jericho Fraction and, I am confident, our colleagues in Tabula Rasa Systems remain true to the ideals of our movement.

He who says that there is only one truth and only one reading that may achieve enlightenment is an enemy. He who points to one path, barring all others, and says there is only one way to travel that path is an enemy. These are not rote principles to be analysed and processed in the cogwheels of some machinery of ideological calculus. Rather they are best absorbed into one's own personal philosophy, assuming agreement with their basic import, and expressed instinctively as the moment arises." ~ The Citrinitas Manual

You are *so* wrong...
Fistly, Closing space is bad for business... Mito is open, business is good.
Please, give me a definition of "open".
Do you mean "Mito is open, everyone can come, we will only shoot our enemies", which seems to contradict your initial post? And, if so, who are your enemies?
Do you mean "Mito is open, anyone who dares our warships wrath is free to come at their own risk"?
Do you mean "Mito is open to anyone who pays us"?
If I were to fly a Taranis around Mito, would you attack me? How about if I fly a Megathron? A Bestower full of morphite? Lay it all out for me.
And Cosmo, I surely hope the Fraction still holds to its old ideals. It would be painful to see it choose the greater over the lesser evil.

Wordsmithing doesn't help, people that are our enemies know so, and have attacked us before. Besides our enemies we wouldn't wage war. Though for some, the difference between us plying our trade and us fighting our enemies is a hard to grasp reality.
Quote: And, if so, who are your enemies?
People that try to prevent us plying our trade, people that beleive they can govern us, people that beleive they can tell us what we can't or can do.
Quote: Do you mean "Mito is open, anyone who dares our warships wrath is free to come at their own risk"?
Don't mistake our warships with our professional vessels. Mito is closed to our enemies and they will face warfleets. Anyone else is free to leave and enter as they will but risk being the target of activities some would call 'illegal' by us or other people that fly in the lawless regions of space.
Quote: Do you mean "Mito is open to anyone who pays us"?
negative, only our enemies have to pay us.
Quote: If I were to fly a Taranis around Mito, would you attack me? How about if I fly a Megathron? A Bestower full of morphite? Lay it all out for me.
This is kind of a moot question since The Syndicate has aggressed us before in a fleet with CAIN and Mordu. I am sure you consider yourself an enemy? If I am mistaken I encourage your leadership to contact me.

So Mito is open, but only your friends can come over and play. Got it. I wonder, Naphtalia, who exactly these friends and clients are?

Offers of a humanitarian nature? It seems to me as if the Black Rabbits are the only ones holding a gun to the heads of the local innocents, and to claim to feel sorry as you unwillingly pull the trigger disgusts me. The issue at hand is not the Directive valuing its honor over the lives of innocents, but rather you valuing your warmongering even at the cost of innocents. If you wish for lives to be saved, I suggest you stop killing them with your own hand.
Originally by: Naphtalia Greed is the reason people are dying, Greed of the Megacorporations, Look at all the dying in Mito and please calculate the amount of isk the Directive values your life.
The real option open to KD was "Pay" or "Fight" they chose the option of "Run like the wind and let the citizens die in agony"
Greed is the reason why people are dying? Greed you say? Nothing could be more true. You are hungry for a war. You are starving for the shell of victory. And to get it, you are butchering the innocents of Mito, all the while shifting the blame with bloodied hands.

I beg to differ, Naphtalia. You own them. You are using them attain your own bloodied purpose. Do not offer them freedom with one hand and a dripping knife with the other.

Hmmm.. More double talk.. Your trade is piracy, no matter how you choose to decorate it. So you could have appeared less ignorant by simply stating that those who are not aligned with your group are free to be targetted by your people. Before you rebute this, pause and think before making a statement. Your activities, whether or not you view them as illegal, falls outside the law, and is therefore illegal. Perception or lack thereof does not negate the legality of the issue. Simply defending ones own property as any pilot would when engaged by a pirate such as your little group, would be by your definition, be attempting to stop you from plying your trade.
Madam, you are a fool. Pardon me while I laugh in the face of your ignorance. Simply state your agenda bold faced rather than try to hide it within words of attempted intelligence which only make you look quite the opposite.

Seems to be some confusion here. Seeing as I'm in this damned office all the time, I figured I'd take the dictionary off the shelf to clear things up.
This is what I found.
trade: noun 1. the act or process of buying, selling, or exchanging commodities, at either wholesale or retail, within a country or between countries: domestic trade; foreign trade. 2. a purchase or sale; business deal or transaction. 3. an exchange of items, usually without payment of money.
I thought I was going to find...
4. An unlawful physical attack upon another; an attempt or offer to do violence to another. ...and... 5. The wrongful taking and carrying away of the personal goods or property of another.
But, shockingly, I didn't find them under trade. I actually found them under assault and theft.
Odd, that.
Oh, and while we're at it...

you missed:
4. An exchange of one thing for another. 5. An occupation, especially one requiring skilled labor, [space] craft
Which were the ones I was referring to, conveniently you didn't copy those, and try to wave your intelect around. Hoping that being smarter gives you a moral highground. Or being smarter means you won't have to fight for your space.

Hmm an interesting situation this is, on the one hand their is the Kimono detectives who claim to be loyal to the State..yadda yadda. And on the other you have some hardcore rebels/pirates/naughty men.
Its no secret that I dont get on with certain factions of the KD, but they are supposed to be loyal to the State although I personally think they have no idea of what it means to be Caldari. However that is not for discussion here.
But if I don't support the KD then do I support the rebel/pirate/naughtymen (and wimmin) of the gurista wannabes?
I suppose in an ideal world I would reform my merc company and via a front company have both of the parties to contract me to help kill the other. Thus making an excellent profit whilst removing both offending parties, that would be a very Caldari thing to do.......hmmmm, guess I should get evemailing.

Twinis, you misunderstood definition #5. If Naphtalia wanted to talk about spacecraft it would have been one word, rather, I think she was talking about one's craft in space.
So, see, I can be nitpicky too.

Dear sirs and madams of KD and Omerta,
I don't really care if you are qualified at pointing out logical flaws and spelling mistakes. Sadly that seems to be the extend of your trade. Burocrats and nerdy little people with dictionaries in a cushioned Caldari Navy Station corner office. I also don't care about your fake unfriendlyness with the State.
I don't understand why you are trying to translate my actions into something fitting in the dictionary of your fascist state.
I don't think anyone was confused by the offer, our actions and our motives. You seem to be the only one that need extra effort to find out what it really means.
So bonuspoints to you, for understanding it as well, you really are briliant. I will send you a Guristas Ensigned letteropener as a prize.
I have mostly seen the army of forumwarriors and wordsmiths whose intelligence are blinded by their own egos.
So, to the point.... What are you going to do about it, I was looking forward to a struggle, maybe find some brothers on the battlefield.
Lets find out who is worthy and who isn't in the way it really matters.
Don't think we respect your panicky attempts at getting JF on board. What we respect is if you stand up for yourself with guns blazing.
Until then, you can run or die.
