I have allways liked about a idea of tech 1 EW frigates but how about making tier 2 EW destroyers.
Bonuses on the basis that Recons have for each race.
Gallente damps or warp disruptor / crambler range
Caldari ew bonuses
Amarr , neut & nos or tracking disruption - range bonuse
Minmatar webbing or target painting - range bonuses
how about that .
while you are at it more hp + slots acording to Ewar

how about another slot for teir II dessies?
caldari teir II could be something like this:
8 high
4 mid
2 low
10 more PG 10 more cpu
50% optimal range ( role bonus)
7.5% tracking
5% damage

Teir 2 dessies,
Assault frigate...
heavy assault cruiser...
why not assault dessie?
theres no reason they shouldnt have a dessie with some pimpin resists that can combat a AF...
the assault dessie should also be powerful enough to combat cruisers effectivly
(nos is frig/dessie nightmare, please do something about it :)

Should add another interceptor....because there needs to be another ship based off a rifter hull, and people have complained at me for begging for a Rifter hull based Titan.

I like Amarr Punisher very much ... but i think we need Amarr damage dealing frigate with at least 3 med and low slots
beside 10% less cap usage for lasers we always get, we should also get 5% rof bonus or 5% damage on small lasers
I really hope this will happen 
btw: dont tell me about Inquisitor ... I WANT LASER PLATFORM!
