So the guy bought ISK, got busted and is now reformed. OK, good for him.
However, I don't see the need to attack this guy and for the attackers to stand on the moral podium to make themselves feel better. It makes you look petty, childish and immature.
CCP took action on this guy, whatever his story was, they felt that they could give him a second chance so there is no need for a witch hunt from the forums trolls. I'm sure his experience was an embarrasing one already.
Also, telling people to learn English is rude as hell, arrogant and ignorant. English is not the first language for many people that play the game so you need to have some tolerance.

next time its a permant ban m8. if they constantly banned ppl for screwing up on the first time. this game would probably have a lot fewer people in it.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. I doubt there isn't 1 person in this game that hasn't in some form or another inadvertantly violated the eula and could have recieved a serious reprimand from ccp. It was the afact that i didnt hide beind anything that pursuaded ccp to allow me a second chance. I owned up to my mistake and they took the isk back that I had recieved as well. the lession i learned here is 1 dont do it. 2 it cost me real money on top of that for the isk.... and if anyone says i bought nothing for real money. you better think about this game before you say it.

I suggest dropping the issue and get back to gaming. The more you talk about it the more you attract the trolls. You got your second chance so now take it.

Bluuuummpp haha no just kiding. i respect what you'r saying here. for me cheating in a game is just something i have never done,,, not even in diablo and single non-online games... alot of non-online games have cheat codes with thise ofcause one only cheats oneself... in a online game one cheats 20.000+ ppl. offcause i know that ppl make mistakes we are all just(only) humens.

The EULA is pretty cut and dried. I have never violated it once in the time that I have played EVE. I am very supportive of the concept of it being a contained university that is independent of the real world, and as such is in a very delicate balance that people like you throw out the window by buying ISK. When you buy ISK you affect the economy of EVE and tilt the balance of those who tried hard and play within the game mechanics and those whose wallet is bigger than others (But apparent patience is limited)
The fact that you are trying that bibical angle is a tad bit more insulting than you can imagine. "We all do it," is a very sad attempt at deflecting blame to a community rather than yourelf

What I don't understand is why trade in GTC's is allowed under those rules ? I mean doesn't it promote the same macroers to use macros to mine, buy GTC's then actually sell for a lower cost than retail hence making real cash ?
or would it be the fact that initially GTCs come from CCP, keeps people in the game and hence increases revenue for CCP ?
