Ya, I actualy read through those guides.

I honestly found my experience in eve to be completely contrary to everything listed in this guide.
As a person and player, the guide also seems completely wrong to me but I won't be so audacious as to assume I know everything about the sociology of EVE.
The best advice really is to simply find like minded individuals with similar interests in EVE. That is it. That is all you need.
CEO of a pvp corp? Don't mass recruit high sec miners. CEO of an industry corp? Don't cater to the PVPers.
Biggest issue I have with the guide... Putting the individual above the group. A good individual will do what is good for the group. If they don't, they are not going to see to it that the group has success. |
