I placed an order. 30mins later they told me I hadn't placed the order in their preferred optimal format (and explained how they would prefer it in future) 1hr 45mins later a 120k order arrived at a destination 19 jumps away. Staggering customer service. I cannot reccommend enough. Good work, Push - you deserve all the good comments you are getting.

Earlier stats* were a bit too optimistic for Push, so here are results after 20 contracts splitted between Push and Red Frog: http://dl.eve-files.com/media/corp/malaire/PushIndustriesVsRedFrogFreight-20.png For me it is really usefull to get many contracts completed quickly, preferably within few hours. While Red Frog has been faster lately than first few contracts indicated, Push is still clearly better for me. Push Industries completed 60% of these contracts within 2 hours and 80% within 3 hours. Red Frog Freight completed 10% of these contracts within 2 hours and 45% within 3 hours. It would be interesting to see comparison after few months and 100+ contracts. If I get there someday, I'll be sure to tell you the results. ps. I dropped price comparison since it's quite boring. Wake up this morning, not only had the LS one been completed - it had been completed before RedFrog even accepted the HS one! Oh and did I mention that it only took them 2 1/2 hours from me submitting the job to completion? Highly recommended, now to go cancel my RedFrog one...

The first one was completed about 2 days after putting the contract up, through lowsec, and made it safely to the requested destination. The second courier is a rather large amount via JF through a lot of lowsec, so I expect that to take a little longer to complete, but I have no doubt it will be completed in a timely manner. Props to Push for a job well done, and looking forward to utilizing their services again in the future.

The almost 36h completion time on your standard lowsec package and the JF contract still in progress are really sub-standard values for Push Industries and nothing we can be proud of. We're working hard on getting our services back to normal. Our aim is to complete all shipments within not more than 12 hours, no matter if highsec or lowsec.
