Some feedback from my test contracts,
i tried 3 micro and 5 normal "pushs", all my contracts where accepted between 20 min - 1 hour and completed from 30 min to 5 hours. So the offer is very reliable and reasonable fast, i did not use the premium offer to see what a normal push at weekend would take. The normal contracts from Jita -> XY where picked up and completed the fastest.
So i'm glad this service exists, since RF seem to struggle under the big volume on weekends.

Yes, we do have some special offers for some Hub to Hub destinations for any direction. Since pricing might change sometime, I'm referring you to our pricing info (first posting in this thread) for current pricing.

Siigari Kitawa you should answer your mails. You missed out on 2 billion in contracts fees since my corp first mailed you with a question about your service. Even if you you said "no" we would have still sent you guys alot of contracts. Oh well will stick with RFF but good luck to you guys.

Small clarification here, just to be clear:
We don't have any fixed plans to suspend operation in Jita for a specific timeframe, since the exact start, length and extent of Burn Jita are unknown and there's lots of rumors floating around and, well, it's Goons. Can't thrust them anyways.
Of course if hell breaks loose the way they announced it, we'll stay away from them, not risking your freight and our freighters blindly. This might lead to delays, depending on how long Goons can supply cannonfodder for CONCORD.
Since it looks like Goons will focus on Jita only, any contracts not going to/from Jita (or nearby, if Goons decide to camp the whole constellation) are unlikely to be affected at all.
If you are relying on Push for supplying your towers/production/markets/... with goods from Jita, it might not be a bad idea to stock up a bit in advance.
But as Siigari said, we don't plan to shut down operations blindly just because we heard a bee buzz around :P

Before the "JIta Will Burn" event, Red Frog Freight failed to get the items out of Jita in 3 days before. I was actually giving up hope and just placed a contract on "alternative" courier service, the Push Industries. The next day, to my surprise, they actually got my items out of Jita to where I want it and that surprise me.. I would recommend their service, They won't let you down. 
P.S. Push Industries are my new favorite. <3 |

Hi everyone
Summing up on the Burn Jita event:
- Push Industries/MicroPush didn't loose a single hauler or package.
- Push Industries/MicroPush delivered 134 contracts in and out of Jita during the burning.
With 67 of those being Freighter-sized (larger than 38'000m3).
- As to be expected, some contracts were delayed quite a bit, but not a single contract went over its expiration date.
- At the time of writing, we're almost back on track with our queue, working on the last few rather old standard contracts.
(We had a large number of rush orders being issued yesterday and today, slowing down the completion of older standard contracts a bit)
- Siigari and some trigger-happy friends decided to shoot Goons back in the face, amounting a bunch of nice kills.
(After all, it was their decision to wardec us...)

Had about 1 bil of mods and ships moved(from jita) during the burn jita event for pew pew purposes. Nothing lost and only small delays which were expected. Gave up on Red Frog due to contracts taking awhile(understandable given their amount of contracts) and I am not regretting giving Push a try. Will use Push again when stuff needs moving.  |

These guys are OK but their service level fluctuates a lot.
I had 5 or so JF contracts delivered quick (less than 24hrs) but right now I have 2 on different accounts that are over 48 hrs old and haven't even been accepted yet.
Edit: over 3 days and still not accepted. Asked in in-game channel and nobody can give me an estimated ETA. |

Confirming that our Jump Freight service is a bit irregular recently.
We used to have about 5 JF pilots logging on regularly about two weeks ago, now it looks like there's 1-2 people logging on once every few days. (Hence, it's not really easy giving an ETA for JF contracts)
I'm all but happy with the current JF situation, and I'm trying to find new JF pilots and have the irregular ones log on more often.
I'd like to help out, but I'm still working towards getting a Jump freighter for myself.
Service for Highsec and small-volume lowsec contracts should not be affected at all.

Just had three contracts finished within a few hours. Two of them within 10 minutes!! (though they were back-and-forth one-jumpers). Brilliant service, cheap, will use again. |
