I would suggest you give it to a long term player that could take the stuff and actually use it. If it is geven to a n00b I am afraid a mojority of it would be lost very quickly be under skilled pilots. If I recieved your gift I would plan on using the mods that are applicable to me in so good ole low sec empire pirate revenge killing. Mods that are unable to be used directly by me would be sold to recieve isk to invest in numerous way, BPO purchase, IPOs or other investment possibilities.
Although my biggest suggest would be keep a majority of the mods because EvE is addicting and you could very well be returning before you know it :)

T2 Torp Ravens
Tuxford  [i love you tux, but change your position in ccp, give the balance role to digicomm, lukec, and a few others]
LAG [far too much recently]
did i mention ECM and STABS?
the population density of low sec and 0.0 compaired to empire! [ccp give eve a reason to go to 0.0, something as simple as +10% to all attributes while in 0.0 would do this!]
IG friends leaving the game because of the stated
dam t2 profits [i dont care if a vaga costs 250mil isk, but i care that someone with almost zero effort is making 225mil a day off the bpo]
many more, but those are off the top of my head

Why not keep it all, put your account on "pause" and check to see if things improve later? It always sucks to see a vet player/experienced player leave for good.

because i'll donate it to the "Euphoria Unleashed - we keep 0.0 dangerous and leeroy with style (and without a clue)" fund ... this means - lots of *kaboom* and lots of sad and/or dead carebears. this also means - lots of npcing ravens that will end up in wrecks.

I think I should have it because I am a bit of a newbie who has invested all her skillpoints into R&D and have found out thats its pretty useless and I wont beseeing anything good out of my research until the kali patch and I am stuck doing hauler missions while training up combat skills.

well one all of it will go into pvp, it wont be turned into mining ships or mission ships, all the items will be used by myself or corp mates to fight, fight and fight, i am curretnly training up a few friends into pvp and to have a backpocket of ships and mods they can jump into soon as there trained would be excellent.

Because i'm a minmatar freedom fighter who'd rather fly each and every Amarr ship than touching a Caldari ship with a 100ft pole, and i bang my head on the nearest rusty, dirty, whatever piece of metal to death each and every time i see that 'Caldari frigate, lvl 0' skill among my skills?
