i think its good for game play, it adds conflict to the game wich i belive is good.
how would EVE be if everyone was friendly to eachother, just floating around in space and said nice things to eachother?

Stealing is stealing regardless who did it. It is wrong and this person is a low life for doing it. Even if Techell looses 4 Billion ISK worth of ships, it does not make it ok or right. Wake up people. Also, those who associate themselves with such a theif are as bad and lacking morals themselves.
Backstabbing someone is really low in my book regardless who you do it to. I guess some people have no sense of honor and respect.
I am sure he would feel the same way if someone caught him in the real life and cut off his hand or put him in jail for stealing.

I'd say I think this guy is marginally more disgusting than the Playboy rat, on the grounds that Rhiannon came out and said ...

Whereas this Falzone geezer claims he was disrepected by Techell management and thus was "owed" his 40+ battleship severence package in some way.
Thats a kind of whack platitude that deserves a bullet in the brain.
Sure, rip off corps, steal fortunes ... fleece the mooks .. whatever you want; its a game.
But come online and try and justify stabbing your mates in the back and stealing all their work ... pshhh ... the stink of hypocrisy.
On the general "stick techell" feeling;
I have always found techell to be cold fish and not very flamboyant or charismatic, and the miner2 thing was kinda aggravating ... you knew they had done absolutely nothing wrong, but it still grated to pay a 100x markup.
Did they have this coming?
Irrelevent really, its a question of whether this falzone guy is worth 3.0 billion for his work in eve so far?
I've probably made 1.5 billion all told myself ...
So I'm asking myself if Falzone is a good enough player to be awarded twice that in a 3 billion payoff by his own account?
If not he should just take a leaf out of Rhiannon's book and go ...

And leave the justification for his new corp mates.

Yes, this is all a very sad situation (as always) and the lack of remorse is consistant with my personal dealings with other Techell reps.
However, CCP took the time to create the SCC (secure commerce commision) and has done absolutely nothing with it. If they were to role play these kinds of game aspects correctly, this person would only be able to trade on the black market from this point on. ("trade licence revoked" or something like that) SCC could then have Concord lower his sec rating by 8 points and issue a general warnig to not do business with this known thief. Now that would be cool! And how hard could that be?!?!
CCP has great chances like this incedent to actually INTERACT with this great game and its devoted players and yet they do NOTHING. VERY, VERY SAD. I fear that they are horrible understaffed and can barely keep this game running. Let alone fully implement current game functions.

Incase you guys were wondering yes what datselvu said was true i was ripped off by a close frined who i gave about 20 of the said ships too i had trusted him not to do this and promised him 1 bs of his choice for every 5 he moved to the location i wanted to, Guess he just got greedy. His name is SS Vegito Btw in case you want to congratulate him or kill him along with me. Bt i must say that if he hadn't suggested and kept trying to get me to do it i probably wouldn't have. Guess i am too trusting of a person. Anyone who wants to kill me in the future nothing against ya as i am and pirate now and there are people who like to kill us. I saw someone say that i almost sounded proud in my interview with eve gaurdian if i sounded like that i apoligize i am not proud of my actions but i don't think it will add some spice to my gameplay experience from usual boring life in techell. In retrospect after everything i did was done i did wish i would not have done it but hey guess i can't go back in time.

Hey just saying you're a pirate doesn't make people want to kill you, how about scoring some kills or participating in some fights and proving you're more than just a hangar ganking monkey?

I cant belive that any1 can have sympathy for Techell Therse are the ppl who sold miner 2's for 2 million when they only cost about 60k to make. Also having had an alt in the lower levels of Techell for some time I see how crappy they treat there own.
The Techell noobs are treated so bad it sickens me. Granted Im a pirate but all our members are treated with dignity and respect and get a fair share of our spoils.
Using this a anology : A GMC salesman sick of the way he keeps getting screwed over my out of touch and greedy board of directors takes half a billion off them runs away to a country without extradition lives nice for the rest of his life. I say good on him GMC will bounce back.
So fuk Techell they are the biggest disloyal bunch of sub-pirates in the game who sh@t on there own hiding behind big business.

They were selling them for 2 mill and people who bought them were reseling them for 5 mill.
BTW during same time nobody had problem with people who were selling XeCl for 1.2 mill of Cu Vapors for 2 mill.
Heck now that miner2s are 250k there are still people trying to sell XeCl for 1 mill.
It never stops amazing me now people can be dumb and jelous of somebody's success and in the same time try to rip off people by selling now very bad mining gear that drops from pirates.
BTW i am very disappointed by Falzone's action.
If he wanted to be pirate he could have just left corp and become one.
On other hand it might be good thing as the current Techell's troubles will weed out crappy characters from that corporation and in future they might even do better.
