Papa Digger REUNI0N Red Alliance	Posted - 2006.10.17 16:07:00 - [1] Today morning allied fleet RA+GS make a dread strike on POSes which claim system. (6 POSes was in reinforce mode). Today evening our fleet try to finish that POSes when they exit from reinforce mode.. but all POSes "mysticaly" reset reinforce counter to begin.. and fun for today was ended. Noone in Galaxy can explain this POS "feature", but we happy for -V-. They invented INVULNERABLE POSes. I hope this topic will not be deleted in 1 min after I post it. (don't see any offtop here) :) ---- CEO.

Although some of the LV guys should really get a warning for trolling. This worries me, since POS warfare is becoming more and more buggy. Nodes cannot cope with the number of people required for a siege, many fleets have beem lost to LAG at the feet of a hostile POS. Either the POS is able to be refuled while in reinforced (meaning that it could be reinforced forever if someone keeps feeding it stront), or the countodown timer was 36 hours out. Whichever it was, if the POS timers cannot be relied upon there seems little point in even attempting to take space any more. It must have sucked for the attackers to be told "Come back in a day and a half" after getting organised to blow some stuff up. Especially if the same thing may happen again in 36 hours (and hte LV comments in this thread suggest that it may) PS: RealLiveGirl. You need to edit your options.

Also in this case its more than single fraps. When did it happen? if it happend less than 1 hour ago, no way any professional video editor could fake the timers... ------------------ yay, the Deimos has been saved!

How about everyone stops blaming the other side for cheating and point the finger at the people aucutlly responsable for the state of things in eve.....that would be CCP for those who dint catch one.

Second of all - I've been operating my own POS for a while now, and i know that as long as you're in the POS bubble, you can check the fuel levels. You only need to be within 1500m of the POS to add more fuel to it. To be honest I've played this game for nearly two years, and helped run POS's for about six months but I've never looked after a POS in reinforced mode, and so have no idea whether you can refuel it or not. Many people don't - only veterans of POS warfare know these little tips and tricks. The hauler pilot could have been either as clueless as me or exploiting a bug. A video sadly isn't evidence either way. If he does it again then it is exploiting a bug and he deserves to be smacked down by the mods. One of the reasons I like V is that the alliance doesn't do these things as a matter of course or policy, unlike other alliances I could mention...
