I'm going to include a -- fourth point, just because I'm feeling particularly spiteful today. You allow your dearest ex-admiral of ISSN Butter Dog full access to your private forums for intelligence and tactical discussion, and yet he is not bound by the standard ISS forum-posting rules. Do you want to explain why you allow such a loud-mouthed pseudo-member of your alliance to rampantly troll nearly every single thread posted in the Corp/Alliance forum? I'm sure many people don't know that he is still intricately linked to your dear organization, but it speaks volumes for your supposed 'neutrality.'

And for Butter Dog? Case in point: Proof Positive And Again
Don't lie when you can't erase the truth.
That's not a very solid argument. If you use forum access as your membership criterion, that makes you a member of ISS too.

I'm not sure I'm allowed to tell you that but it's a lot less than some people think.
See... being secretive of your funding to an alliance doesnt make you out to be the most neutral of all parties....
I just said I'm not sure I am allowed to tell you. In fact, now that I think about it, I don't actually have that information. I could hazard a rough guess but I am regional coordinator for Providence, not the Calico area.
In any case, you'd have to ask Count TaSessine about that. It's his decision whether or not to release that info.
Would that actually change anyone's opinion? Serious question, if ISS were to do approximately the same as the outpost projects, and publish it's accounts and financial reports, and maybe issue shares and pay dividends, would that really make any difference to general opinion?

That was an oversight. It got renamed shortly afterwoods.
Actually, it took a few weeks - outpost names were bugged and so couldn't be renamed for a while, so it carried the name of the corp involved in the construction.

Therefore I vote never turn ISS blue again.

That's fair enough. That reaction may surprise you, but ... well, there's always going to be _someone_ wanting to do the shooty shooty thing. ISS, much like ... well any other alliance of it's size, presents a potential target. More red with just one little standings change.
But I still don't feel that a simple thing like mutual KOS lists or whatever actually need to get in the way of the serious business of ISS - making EVE a better place. |
