5 x 220 II 1 x Nos
1 x 10mn MWD II 1 x 20km Scram 1 x Lg extender 1 x Web/second extender/tracking disruptor/
2 x Gyro II 3 x Local nanos
5 x light ecm drones
Tracking disruptor is the bomb. Don't like second extender that much you get rather large sig. Tracking disruptor is really cool. If I decide to fly a vaga again (stopped because of prices) will use that setup. ECM drones are a must, you rarely use your light drones the jam chance is fantastic.
There's freedom in the last high as well - be honest the nos is almost useless there. You're usually out of it's range, it's not going to be draining anyone dry (and you're not waiting around that long anyway) and you don't need the cap that much.

EDIT: Just want to point out I'm talking to those sensible enough not to use faction mods
This pointed to anyone? 0.o :p
I bet you'd jump for joy if there were faction extenders

Everyone tends to get all high-and-mighty about wcs in Vaga threads
Basically the uber low setup is 2 gyro 2 nano 1 wcs. One stab is going to save you a lot, more than you realise. New vaga pilots will always make stupid mistakes, like getting in web range of a bc/deimos. The idea that everyone runs +2 scram is stupid, most often you will encounter a single +1 scram, if it's two 20km then they've no web. Vaga pilots pick engagements, most of the time you'll be fighting a single enemy, and in those cases the one wcs will almost always get you out if you do something stupid (it's easy to make mistakes in a vaga).
Sure if you're the god of solo go for it. My setup above is great for that. But geez be nice if everyone stopped jumping all over wcs like they're the root of all evil. The good thing is now (soon) that fitting that wcs comes with a real drawback, I think it's good. And if someone decides to fit one at cost to locking, that's a decent trade.
Pretty heavy drawback though - locking is pretty important with it, and it's already not high enough for what you use it. Hell if sensor amps actually had a decent bonus I'd use em for sure *hint* TUX *hint*
