The Great Wildlands are a protectorate of the Curse Alliance. As such all corporations located in the Great Wildlands must relocate elsewhere unless they have authorization from the Curse Alliance. Any not complying to this are considered an enemy of the Curse Alliance and will be hunted and driven from the area.
Either free the slaves or we will come and get them.

Look we claimed it when we formed. Nobody else had. Also, it is in the CA defensive interestes. Why in the hell would we want a staging ground in our backyard? Perhapse you can contact NVA if you need to understand about claim other adjacent regions for defense.

All other alliances have claimed Systems next to them, especially once that are a security threat.
CA claimed the GW as protectorate a long time ago.

The differnece is we have the military to enforce our claims should we deem it necessary. Perhapse those usurpers in GW could reduce their arogance and we might be forgiving.

lmao, so everybody in GW that are not in CA are KOS then ? jeez.. i mean WHY? what do the ppl in GW do that is so bad that they have to be driven out of there? are they mining "your" ore? are they hunting "your" npc pirates? They dont even pose a threat to the CA, most of the corps there are anti-pirate corps anyway and only force i saw in GW when we used to pirate there was NOT CA..

Problem is reclaimer, GWP has been there before CA ever formed, so your claim has no value.
Sadly for GWP, with peace about to break on the CFS, there's not a whole lot left between CA and GWP beside Stain.

Stains forces, not the region itself. Unless stain retreated, then I take that back. As for Federation, i think we'd need alittle more proof than your word, though I will check our list. |

OOC: im whit you, i think it makes roleplaying more fun. if you got the military force to occupy a region then why not? :)

There's a griefer outside the Trust Partners station in N-DQ0D right now.
Name: Angelus Ice of The Orion Syndicate.
Using a Scorpion with scramblers, lasers of some sort and Wasp Drones.
What the hell are they afraid of? NPC hunters?
CA is such a joke.

If The Orion Syndicate is operating in a manner which violates the CA constitution, they will provide recompence, or face possible exclusion from the CA.
Please send an EVEmail to Sarkos immediately with this matter so that a formal investigation can be started. Please make available any logs you might have.

I was only going to N-DQ0D to get my stuff, since CA has said they will close the area.
I did expect to be told to leave tho, not shot without any communication from Angelus Ice at all, until I said "wtf man" after he killed my ship.
Anyways, I'm gonna evemail Sarkos and see what he has to say.
Logs seems to be buggy, the last local log I have is from 26/10 ?
Only thing I find is in the GameLogs, and it doesn't even seem to be complete.

Look before "wtf man" and you'll see a "leave, this area is controlled". And then a warp in and then ravaging. Also as listed in this post it says clearly "all corporations", in which case, you aren't in one.

I will not leave GW got my mining ops there and had to go through egbinger with 3-4 pirate corps there. Was even visted by space invaders once in a while. Luckily Im such an afraid person that I hide if someone comes.
My point, you have never done anything to blow the blockades of G5 -> Egbinger. When there was a blockade I warned travellers as best I could. You only want to hold the mining ops for yourselves and this has nothing to do with security.
I will mine there. Not deep since I cant go in deep alone.
But getting my BS in a month of hard work I will go in deeper.
I will not be pushed. Got killed a lot by pirates and Im sick and tired of moving.

So, you start a war with the CFS, let your pirates loose, settle a peace agreement, and get bored. Then woha all of the sudden article #7 of the Curse Constitution appears and you go the next region to murder all innocents.

Curse Alliance corps which have operated in Great Wildlands have known about GWP for quite some time given that they were spoken to usually when encoutered and told they were welcome to stay as long as they behaved themselves.
Quite often they would inform us if they spotted a lone pirate or two so up until now we have had no problem running through our territory.
Yet only a week ago a few new CA corps start entering GW and messaging people telling us to get out and that its CA territory etc etc etc.
Others have used threats going on about how they crushed CFS and that we'd be next unless we moved.
Our response was to talk to Sarkos, and try and sort out some sort of an agreement, our requests were simple, CA agree's not to commit piracy with Great Wildlands and in return we are happy for them to pass through it, we even agreed not to enter Curse or their surrounding protectorates.
Sadly this was too much for CA to agree to, I mean why should they when they can use it as an excuse to shoot up ships that have no interest in CA's wars and were quite happy remaining neutral.
Its a little ironic that part of the reason they say they didnt agree was that we had never posted on the forums with an official claiming notice, we may actually have but without a search feauture its near impossible to find, yet CA has never claimed to own the Great Wildlands region anywhere on the forums themselves.
Look at chain of Events
1. GWA forms
2. CAoP forms
3. CA forms
4. CA reforms
5. GWA finds increased incursions of CA into GW commiting piracy and reforms to GWP.
6. CA "claims" GW
7. GWP contacts CA offering them a NAP and access to CA in return for commmiting no piracy except in there current wars.
8. CA members begin intimidating residents of GW.
9. CA officially claims GW on forums and tells us to leave.

CA is only claiming GW as an excuse to maraude around Great Wildlands shooting everyone up.
But why be surprised about it afteral they dont defend Curse they just maraude around everyone elses regions and claim its a war.
CA had a perfect opportunity to show to the EVE community that they truely have reformed, however they have shown once again that they are largely only ruthless murderers.
If you look at Great Wildlands you'll notice a serious lack of stations which is why it has been left alone by most people, its also gets few good loot drops and has poor ore, but even then GWP allows anyone to mine/hunt.
Thus the finicial reasons for claiming it are weak, so lets look at the tactical aspect, it allows them to avoid the blockades down in HED and so forth, given we allowed them to continue to use it as long as they behaved themselves the tactical aspect is also weak.
