Drink, I personally haven't had a bad expirience, but I know people who have. Actually the last time I was drunk on eve, we won a fun gang fight, maybe I should do that more often...

If you think that is bad, check this. I was multi-tasking with EVE in windows mode. I was watching The Count of MontT Cristo and finishing off an L4 drone mission with my domi. I cleared the room (or step) and set my domi to warp to next room, either expecting to be out of harms way, when I warped in, or I'd get back to it when my domi was warped in. I watched a bit of the movie, and then a bit more.
The movie ended, I went back to the game and was in a pod. And the only enemy on screen was 1 drone... I wasn't sure if that was funny or sad. I am still not sure to this day.

sex + eve is ok... just make sure you turn off voice activation on ts first...

Dont forum ***** while playing. Ive lost a whole bunch of expensive ships because i either went AFK at some gate to post in a topic or because i forgot to fit things like a covert ops cloak onto my arazu...

when i want to watch TV i do lvl 3s in my Ferox or play my mage in a WoW raid/instance because both are pretty much pushbutton.
for level 4s in my raven mainly due to the investment the TV is off, and i usually have EVE-Radio on.

Go exit station during a corp war with a buggy connection
exit station, screen goes black... nothing happens for 5 mins... relog... find myself staring at an empty station screen where my ship used to be and a 'u are podded' message in my evemail.
Didn't even see the podding happen

little kids make gang ops difficult (and leading gang impossible). have lost more ship due to having to run from machine or do something with haste (like warp to bubbled gate when knowing there are 15 hostile in local to get to next system and dock). really ought to just start doing logoffski thing...

2) I shall not AFK with my kid around the PC.
3) I shall not download stuff while playing(causes lag).
4) I shall not use a confy' chair to play EVE.
5) I shall not take naps with EVE on autopilot if the destination is Jita.

Never ever EVER! play eve for 3 days stright up with no sleep. i was pvping and i feal sleep on the keyboard. i was floating near a gate. i woke up. i was podded in a station and the word qwerty was imprinted on my forehead. i have those keys that you can feel the letters.

actually the most fun ive ever had ingame, i can hardly remember..
some of my corpies still reply "cooooobbbbrrraaaaa" every time i get onto vent.

Never try to restructure your corp, have a serious conversation with your directors about said restructure and be running two accounts - I lost a fully kitted out Hulk (T2 fittings) to a 13k ship in 0.5 space

Congratulate your self for just managing to warp your fleet setup mega out from gate as a hoard of bob inties and hacs come through.
Then have no.1 son start waving hands in front of screen and screaming and you.
go off to sort him out
Get back to see a screen full of bob inties/hacs taking you into structure.
think bum they found my SS quick.
Then you notice
a) your at a gate.
b) your autopilots on.
c) ap was set to system that bob just came out of.
d) realise last time you popped your pod to get new ship you forgot to upgrade clone
e) notice your now back 36 jumps from where you had the small accident
f) notice gall cruiser 5 is now gall cruiser 4
g) your inventing swear words with wife son and daughter staring at you
h) Smack head on keyboard as you realise when trying to get no.1 son out of the way somehow you managed to click AP on :(
PS anyone know a real good way of getting out of the doghouse ;)
