Hey guys, I was really psyched about getting to test the Kali content, happily waited my 4 hours to get to be number one in line, and then lo and behold: The low-sec system where I'm based is not loaded up. Is there any way to have my character moved? I just wanna see the new toys :P

All you need to do is keep trying to enter as that character. Usually, due to the low population on the test server, the system shuts down after a while of inactivity. So it needs to be reloaded before you get in. You trying to get in starts the system loading so try 2-3 times and it usualy works for me.

or you can just wait until it on TQ and WAIT! its people like you who want to just see the new toys, that the testing is going to take a month longer than it should!

Actually testing doesn't just mean getting the new ships and playing with them because people have already done that, what we need now are people to test mining, missions, invention, complex and the likes.

Are you all serious? Where in my original post does it say "I want to get on Sisi and fit the new ships and not test anything". I said i want to play with the new toys (read: features) in Kali. It is so ridiculous that I can't even ask a simple technical question about getting on the test server without people jumping down my throat and assuming I have some kind of wicked intention.
I even specifically said:
"Hey guys, I was really psyched about getting to test the Kali content"
If even the ISD "moderators" just post the same old "We're on the internet and I'm here to prove that you're wrong" responses, this place is useless. Shame on you all.

I wish I could test invention, but all RP has been reset >< so no datacore buying. Have restarted research though. Any clues as to how many RPs will be needed to buy datacores? And I noticed that you need more than one type of datacores, so will this mean multiple agents, or will players be able to sell them on market, or through C.R.O.T.C.H?

would it not be smart to remove all other content except what you want to test. so if you want to test plexs remove the nw ships and rigs and what not, then for invention make it so the only thing you can do is that, that will get rid of the people who just want to play with new ships.

I'd be happy to test lvl 4 missions since my character is in her mission system but last time i got through in the queue, well the system you are located is starting up. Then it lost connection *sigh*

i was going to test some of the capital and maybe new features, but as others said if they reset some of the rp or whatever... then there is no chance and the server dieing so often, no way around that
why not move all ppl to a system or 2 random one? the ones that do work lol

Imho seeding the ships was a bit of a silly mistake, there is so many things that need testing and ship setups maybe the reason why there are such long queues. In the ships and modules section of the forum there are posts about the new ships, complaints about how they handle...
Contracts, invention, the new in space agent complexes, Leadership skills, salvaging and rigs are more important.

Not to mention interface improvements nobody's even talking about, like the new right-click "deliver" option that lets you move items into, say, a corporate sub-hanger from your private hangar with a couple of clicks and no windows to open.
I'm currently trying to figure out whether that one's supposed to work remotely -- it's showing up on items in distant stations in the corporate and personal assets listings, but doesn't seem to work remotely(but doesn't give error message either).

It is a bit hard to test invention, complexes, mining, etc, when the server seems to be limited to under 120 players. Sitting for 4-6 hours in a queue is frustrating, but even more so when you're down to the last 100 people in queue, and suddenly BLAM it ceases updating and you lose your spot.
I'm trying to write an article here, and so far (just from the models alone) its pretty complimentary, but it's hard to test anything, much less tell it to the masses, when you really can't even get in. So far I've spent 10 hours in queues for less tan 5 minutes of time in.

For testing Invention i DO hope they seeded the modules we need
the skills and the labs, else its quite impossible.
Please seed the gear that the agents should hand out on market
so we that are into this field can try it.
