What makes you think EVOL are resposible for one of your pilots lack of better judgement. If I was in a pod and had anything of value I would also have enough common sense warp to the nearest planet/moon to said station and scan to see if any ships were outside. By doing so I would have noticed a big bad BS sitting outside. Now you have to ask yourself, is it worth it?
Lack of skill in playing this game is not EVOL's problem and hardly a concern for our CEO. Trust me, he has much greater issues to deal with and if he does resolve this minor issue you should feel very lucky! In the future, I would advise you and your corp to learn your place in the EVE food chain and stay clear of ships with big teeth!

As it were, where we were, there were some hostiles around this area. The pilot killed was negative sec, i.e, he will show as a threat. Thats where the mistake came from.
We have a brand new shiny pod available for you whenever you should need it.
If i hear you correctly, you demand reimbursment for a lost skill? This will not happen. If this would have been treated in a different manner, it might have happened.
If you fly around with a neg sec status, mistakes happen.
Factual error;
Skills do not vanish by podding, you may loose skillpoints.
Conclusion error;
"The other party is not available" responce, means that autoreject is on. Now, for me, this is usually the case, 24/7. If you sent a eve-mail it woudl have been dealth with, but, since you are impatient, consider it dealt with.

Hi, Let me explain what happened, I just traveled to that area, when I warped to the station to unfit my travel gear, a pod warped in.
It shown in my threat box so I *assumed* he was KOS, this was my bad and I should of checked.
But maybe if you had messaged me abit later about the issue I would of payed for the damage caused, Although as I understand it you dont lose the skill only the skill points, so it is isn't possible that your ceo lost the skill althogher, in which case there needs to be no repayments.

If you're podded, you are re-activated at a clone station.
At this point, the first thing you do is upgrade your clone. You should NEVER be without an up-to-date clone.
Ever.
Thus, your skill points loss is your OWN fault.

Well let's be honest with all of you
1/a BS skill was lost, getting repairs for this or not won't change this fact. Maybe some of u will tell me "but u can only lose 50k skillpoint etc..." well then, prove it to me, go in your ship with no clone and get podded. Well, but this has not been happening to any of you recently I guess  (has it been happening to any of you ever? I'm waiting for a good spin doctor to lie a bit on this heh). Well i'm sure u can loose only some skillpoints too... but the skill here vanished...
2/Evolution have proven they were not different for us from pirates. And more dangerous 'cause they are even more nummerous. I like to hear those words:
"this is warzone" (we are here since a whiile and someone come here and say that lol...)
"those not attacking pirates while be considering as cooperating with them" (i love this one... Ok next time u'll explain miners in assah "alright boys when u see a pirate send roids on him")
"we made a mistake" (yeah pirates make a lot of mistakes everyoday, they just don't say it's mistake... next time try "we were hired to do that")
"u have no sense of diplomacy" (from people killing on sight this sounds quite funny, maybe i have no diplomacy but at least i don't go on a coward killing spree upon miners)
"we would have repair damages if u had not gone on forum" (but on the other hand we say you cannot loose a skill like this. We are saying you're lying BUT we would have paid for what we did, errr... didn't, sry)
"we are not pirates" (but it makes no difference from pirates)
"if you live where there is a war. yes." errr not exactly, U people are fighting some stupid war making important "collateral damages" in our system. I was wondering if you could go somewhere else, Eve is big, just go and find other people to annoy

For those still saying i didn't respected the procedure to get repairs from the "incident", I sent an Eve mail quite a lot of hours before posting here. Due to the gravity of the agression the least they could do, would have been to threat this as a priority matter. They didn't and are now refusing repairs for "lack of diplomacy" for posting facts on forum . Well we have survived many pirates activities, once again we shall survive this agression. Maybe people will just be carefull now when spotting Evolution corp members knowing they risk to be podded as pirates  .

Cruising around with a pod in a low sec system with a negative sec rating really asks for trouble.
I had to think of one of the 'Die Hard' movies, where Bruce Willis had to walk around in the Bronx with a sign that said 'i hate n.iggers'

As for Evolution, they are a military corp. When they are in a hostile system, I stay away from them and i am part of their alliance.
Best thing to do is stay the heck out of their way so they can get on with their buisness of making space pirate free. They are doing you a favor, why get in their way, and make life hard for them by forcing them to differentiate between hostile/nonhostile.
ROE for a United States Marine in a Combat hostage situation is shoot through the hostage(ROEs are situation specific but this is more or less SOP). It is what they are trained to do. Sure the innocent bystander is innocent, but if he gets taken hostage some LCPL is gonna aim center mass(of the hostile not the hostage) and squeeze the trigger, and if the hostage is in the way of the round, he is just as dead as if the terrorist/enemy/whatever had killed him himself.
So it certainly behooves innocents to stay tf away.
warzones are a dangerous place for innocents, and even the good guys make mistakes, but having your pod destroyed you should have lost nothing, as you had just been podded so you had already lost any implants you had. Your clone activates in a station with clone facilities, the first thing you should do is upgrade. So the only thing sutty should have cost you is the cost of the clone. The rest is your own fault, and the rudeness with which you have posted in this forum speaks alot louder than any acount you can give about what happened.
