Originally by: Zingu When I as the player that have initiative first move my fleet to a system controlled by my enemy during the management phase, do we jump to the combat phase before we enter his management phase?
Yes. The player who's turn it is will go through each of the phases (Setup, Draw, Management, Battle, End) in order. After each step of each phase, the other player(s) are given the chance to respond with effects already in play or with new effects by playing News cards (they are not allowed to do anything else until it is their turn).
Originally by: Zingu If not he can move his ships around and respond to attacks and have single ships in regions and recall them if I attack those system during his management phase.
No, the Battle Phase plays out with your opponent's ships as he had left them before the beginning of your turn. Though, if he has any News cards or other abilities that allow him to change his deployment at this time, then he may play them, of course. Also, remember that for any battle, the steps of the Battle Phase are done by both players at the same time, so both the attacker and defender perform the Withdraw, Target, and Damage steps.
Originally by: Zingu Another question is if I have two Onerios out in the same region. The bonuses they give does stack giving all ships +8 defense and each other a +4 bonus. And with the new rules, do you need to take them down in two combat rounds or can you kill them both in one round?
Because of Oneiros's ability "As long as there are any other friendly ships in this region, prevent all damage dealt to Oneiros." the card cannot be destroyed as normal in a Battle Phase. A pair of these ships are very powerful in that they indirectly prevent each other from receiving damage. To successfully destroy an Oneiros, it must be removed from play using other cards that do not say "damage" or they must be separated from each other to make them vulnerable.
Originally by: Zingu And last, Is it really any point in buying a display case over 24 loose packs? Price is the same at least.
I believe the display case includes an extra (rare?) foil card and a 20 day trial code for EVE-Online. Though, that might have been only for a previous promotional offer when the CCG was released. I haven't bough a whole booster case for myself (yet :p).
