lofty29 Tolarri Conglomerate	Posted - 2006.11.01 07:53:00 - [1] In the last few days, since I killed the now slightly famous CNR in motsu, I have received numerous (around 10) conversations asking me how I do it. Obviously these people have noticed it generates alot of ISK, and want a slice of the pie. By all means, go ahead. But if you want to do it, work it out yourself FFS. I spent the best part of 6-8 months fine tuning this, and I will not give it out to everybody for nothing (just a billion or two). So far I have been kind to these people, but the most recent one was obviously a noob, and was asking for help from cruisers and scaring away half of motsu by doing it in local. Thus, I began to give him false information. 4 new cruisers due to concordokken later, he gave up. People, I have no problem with you doing this for yourself, infact I have even invited one budding pirate into my corporation, but for god sakes, do your own work. Telling you how I make so much ISK would be like telling you how to make ISK hauling in empire by revealing my trade routes, which is just stupid. From now on, anybody who convos me about this topic is just going to receive wrong information, or none at all depending on my mood. Thank you for your time. --- Praxiteles Inc. is Recruiting! It's pretty easy to setup even the T1 cruiser versions to enable a constant flow of either shields, energy or armor* to the ship involved in the fight. Keep these alts out of gang and you have the beauty of CONCORD protection. All you need is your primary ship to have speed on the enemy and it's not going to be able to ever escape. The alts can provide a ridiculously robust defence and if the target dares try to shoot one of them, CONCORD will turn up and set the record straight. Remote transfer doesn't trigger aggro as it's not a negative effect, therefore it's a legal tactic in CCPs eyes. I wouldn't do this myself as I'd rather play some other game than be that lame. But I'm sure lofty can confirm in the next day or two that it works and works well. Kill a CNR in a T1 cruier? AF? wonder if it's enough to do it in an Ibis? Personally I'd rather CCP remove this gang/war nonsense as it's a relic of bygone age and no longer needed. It predates when war targets are shown on the overview and has no real relevence today other than to serve to amuse those of us who have lost interest in the game.
