If I've lost my ship I will be most unhappy with them.... so I might think up something a tad harsh later. Then... -There was an unexpected error while retrieving patch status: A patch file for your build number is not available. You will have to patch manually. Do you want to go to support page? Then... Nothing. Server go bye bye.
