A podcast by two of my favourite video makers?! Yes please!
I really liked it. Even though I already know most of the stuff you guys covered in your first episode, it was still a really interesting listen and I eagerly anticipate the next one.
Personally I think it would be really cool if you got some other well known solo pvpers on to interview them about their tactics and thought process when they are out soloing. Garmon and Willl Adama are two obvious choices that come to mind.
Also one topic that is of high interest to me is the process you guys go through to find regular good fights. Is it just pure luck or is there a certain amount of careful planning of routes and roaming times that you both find are more inducive to good fights against small gangs as opposed to blobs or empty space.

Loved the second episode even more than the first.
I especially liked the detailed discussion on finding fights. While most of it was not really new to me, it was still really good to have some things I've been doing confirmed or denied as conducive to fights, and just simply to hear your guys perspective on the issue.
Can't wait for the next one!
As for a name... how about The Soloers Lounge? Meh, I'm terrible with names too.

Ep 4 was great. Probably my favourite so far (has nothing to do with the fact you dropped my name and talked about my suggestion... honest! :P ).
As usual, eagerly awaiting the next instalment!
I found kovorix's comments about why he loves soloing compared to flying with gangmates really interesting as it's pretty much exactly how I feel too.
I absolutely love my corp and the guys in it. And I get a blast from flying with them and chatting to them. But solo offers a form of freedom you can never get in a gang. To just do what you want to do, with nobody to disagree, or tell you why something is stupid or wrong. Plus it's just a lot more relaxing and easier to make decisions by yourself and for yourself, rather than having to communicate and decide on something with other people.
I tend to fly maybe 50-60% solo over the course of a few months on average. And the rest in small gangs with my corp mates. I miss them sometimes, but I find myself flying solo more and more as once you start to get a feel for it and start to truly enjoy it, the pure freedom can take on a certain addictive quality. At least that is my experience.

6th episode was a great listen as usual.
I found it really interesting to hear garmons perspective.
I think it would be really cool if you guys had well known or experienced solo pvpers on as guest speakers more often. Not necessarily to do an entire episode devoted to them, but just to have them add their perspective and input to your usual episode structure to spice things up a bit. New voices and perspectives definitely adds a lot of entertainment value while increasing the educational value at the same time.

Thanks for explaining it in such simple terms zach. Makes it much clearer for people like me who suck at maths hehe (we seem to be in the minority in EVE Online :/ ).

Great episode guys. The advice on video making was absolutely spot on and I couldn't of put it better myself. Next time someone asks me for tips on video making I'll just link them to Episode 15 :)

Regarding ASB's, I think you guys are pretty much spot on that the best way to balance them is probably to restrict them to 1 asb per ship.
Also something I'm interested to hear both your thoughts on is whether you get the feeling that the asb's have become so popular and so powerful, so fast, that the meta has already swung the other way and now most people expect asb's rather than a normal shield booster
Not that it really matters even if it has I guess, for so long as you can fit multiple asb's to a single ship there really is almost no benefit of a traditional shield booster :/

Nice episode. Raivi sounds like he has some good ideas for the future of the game and I am glad to hear he has been reminding other CCP staff that soloers still exist!
I was disappointed though to hear that they still talk about tweaking when referring to future changes to ECM, rather than taking the reins and replacing it with something better.
Thanks for 20 interesting and informative episodes. I hope to see you guys back for season 2 in not too long :)
