I don't see your point clear enough. Are you saying this is a reward then, because they work "harder" then any of us?
Not being flippant, but I could see the correlation between plexes and BoB space immediately. I guess I'm not the only one.
It has more to do with the fact that Blood Raiders has had 0 (zero) 10/10 plexes since their introduction. And we control all regions with Blood Raiders. Wasn't such a hard thing to think about now was it?
D2 get 3 10/10. Why not whine about them?
And before you start whining about too many plexes for just 3 regions. That's the only 3 regions that have BR as a faction. Looking at the other factions they all have quite a few 10/10's. Admittedly I'm a bit hazy about Sansha, but I believe they have 3 10/10's? With these changes Guirista gets 5 10/10's, BR gets 4, Serpentis already has 4 (iirc) and Angels have 4-5 or so?

Except there wasn't a 10/10 Guristas Complex in the North before Kali at all...
While BoB space had loads of lower lvl complexes and two 10/10 Serpentis ones in Fountian. With now 3 further Blood Raider ones.
I don't think it's favoritism it's just lazyness by CCP. (like the new regions get none at all?)
Anyway I thought it was already said that we don't need more static Complexes. Remove the static ones and make them dynamic.
I'm well aware that there hasn't been any 10/10 Guristas complexes. Just like there hasn't been any Blood Raiders 10/10 complexes. All of the factions gets a couple of 10/10 complexes now (as it should be). It's done on a faction/background story basis, not region basis.
BoB just happens to control all the BR regions, and we already controlled Fountain. Now we just have to wait for CCP to remake plexes from the ISK farms they are to something that doesn't quite hurt the EVE economy as much as it does now. Sometime in 2007...8...9?

Couple of questions if you don't mind *cough*.
1) Will CCP look into static vs dynamic plexes in the future?
2) Will static plexes get any changes during Kali?
3) Will static plexes always stay, or will they be removed in favour of dynamic plexes in the future?
