Haven't read the whole post because most probably 90% of it is flames. However, I agree that the Hyperion is freaking ugly. The holawoops in the middle, the whole thing. I choosed gallente months ago because gallente ships were good looking (most of them). I don't fly ships that look ugly. Even if the Hyperion ends up with a %5000 bonus to hybrids... no way i'm flying that ugly thing.
I will cross-training races to fly the minmatar tier 3 bs. That one looks nice, very very nice. The amar one also looks nice. But Hyperion will go (along with the flying face called brutix) to the "won't fly it cause is too ugly" list.
On the other side, it's posible that many people like it... hey, caldary cruisers sell right? so people do like ugly things... :S

Yeah, the long ships remind me of that game. I have the 2 CDs still with me, and replay parts occasionally :) |

Wow. I totally dig the look. Liked it as a concept, like what I see in the final model. Hopefully I can find a way to make it work efficiently enough to field it on a regular basis.
