About value for dividends, as sure as can be above 2 Billions.) - What kind of activities will be used to generate isk? (The activities - Massive Market, Offices for rent, Moons for rent around system for Outpost, tax for services inside Outpost and maybe tax for docking, but not certain yet.) - Do you believe placing it near the ISS outpost will cut down on ISS profit/your profit? (I think that all works for a good Market, will be very positives for all Outpost around region and go one great evolution for all alliances that live here. About ISS Alliance, as I am don¦t believe that UCE Lighthouse ask for trouble with ISS, in addition myself have very shares of the ISS Alliance.) - Will anyone be allowed to dock or just allies of UCE? (After Outpost is done, everybody can dock in Outpost, except enemies of UCE Alliance.) (UCE have NAPs and Friendship Relations with any Alliances, but everybody of the UCE is working to do for more goods relations with who want friendships with us. Doesnt sound safe to me at all tbh. I pretty sure I meant after, not before. I'm in UCE for 4 months now. That's also my "eve age", so I'm a beginner. So maybe my opinion doesn't have much weight, but I'll give it anyway. I know it's now easy not convince someone it's not a scam when you don't know the person who is responsible for the IPO, even more with the untrust climate we live after some big scams. I can however say that those 500% ORUS shares valuation is true (I bought some when I first join ORUS and am very happy with that). I can also say that from what I've come to know about Doguito in this 4 months is that he is honest and a very competent financial administrator. Anyway, I understand your doubts about the IPO viability. I will talk to Doguito about providing more complete information.

About the defense, we won't comment much. Number of avaible pilots, number of capital ships and any military statistics won't be commented, as well as the tatics and military strategies. I ask to all that understand that some informations CAN GIVE A HUGE ADVANTAGE TO BAD INTENDED PLAYERS, is to protect the investments already made. We can say that, yes, we know that we are about to face. We are considering all aspects, and preparing all the necessary stuff, to make this project a sucess.
