no dont yet, reboot your pc, and wait till tq is up and stable again, then try logging in, most times that takes care of the issue.

Its restarting but when i log in its says restart in 4 secs then repeats
Just be prepared to fire petitions at CCP is u loose ships/gear i sure will

Sry to say but server might not be coming up atm. As usual there are start up problems. Just said starting up 5...4....3....2...1....0 and then started all over again. Now it is just checking status.

Uh oh... Startup time 0 sec on trying to connect. I guess this is the point when our hopes for a fast return to the EVE universe melt away as CCP tech guys begin frantic speculation as to why things aren't starting up.

Database failover eh?
Does that means they'll be using data from the last backup or are the DB's somehow sync'd to do hot backups?
Only asking coz I just sold 30 Mil's worth of stuff and wondering if I'll have to repeat the sales or not.
