OK... I logged this morning all was ok. Then i go cook and lunch during daily downtime, when i get back i run EVE, a patch download starts, then i install and this happens. http://img415.imageshack.us/my.php?image=evepatchvm8.jpg I uninstalled the game 3 or 4 times and still dont work. Well... its not a client problem since i've been playing on it since the day i joined (6 days or so without even using a trial period.. i just bought and play). I would really apreciate if the dev team could "announce" this problems earlyer.. or at least say something about it. I dont see any news about this problems anywhere. All patch problems someone say to post on client problems thread or whatever is called. Well i dont have a client problem, i got a patch problem. I downloaded ptch manually, automatic in all colours and shapes. If the solution is to download a new client i will not do it and will probably cancel my acc right away. Trafic is expensive where i live and due to the lack of information on the site or launcher i see no other way then forget about this and play something else. I Have 5 accounts on 3 Seperate Machines in 2 Locations. I have Downloaded the patch - Corrupt on ALL PC's I have redownloaded the latest Client Twice Now. on my main PC and once on the PC at a remote location result - Incompattible Build (2.12.25245) followed by
The patch was downloaded but it failed verification indicating that the file is corrupt. Would you like to download the file again?
You will not able to enter the game until you download the patch.
Others are online and working (confirmed by Team speak)
How the hell do I get support (I have several skills finished now and am unable to even change the training) Had I had Prior warning of the patch I would have set long skills to train.

Exactly!!!! EVE dev's... learn to announce stuff. Im new to the game but i play mmo's for a long time and i allways see patchs announced before they actually are released. Anyway... I really apreciate an answer.. soon.

OK got the patch to work. heres how I did it
1. try patch download - it fails 2. Close ALL other windows except the failing download. 3 retry the download.
may be co-incidence but worked for me.

The patch note (not "notes" for there was just a single item!) claimed it made one specific change, which is that the patcher can now handle larger files. Presumably to aid the rollout of Kali 1.
If that is true and there were no more stealth changes then that patch can have had no effect on lag or anything else game related.

I go to the icon on my desktop. I click it. I type in my username and my password. I press connect. It starts to logg on. I get the bar across the screen saying its getting everything. Then when the blue bar is all the way across. It stops/Freezes. The background is still moving. Any soulutions. Thanks Luke
