Its all about values, really, isn't it? The Megathron is a good blaster boat at 100 million isk- making 100 million isk the value of a good blaster boat. With the Hyperion beinng balanced as another "good blaster boat", how can it be justified as to being valued at 75 million more?
Atleast Damp BSs havn't been valued- their value would be set by the Hype.

The problem isn't which ship is better- as nice as it is to know, it doesn't matter a ****ed jot whther the Hype is better or the Mega is better. Thats the whole problem.
Either the Hype is awesome (and your videos imply that it is) and it beats the Mega hands down at what the Mega can do. Or the Hype is not much better and the Mega is still king of the hill.
In the latter, the Hype is a pointless ship (obviously bad). But in the former, the Mega has become a pointless ship- and thats equally bad. Either way Gall ends up with 1 pointless ship.
Call me strange, but I like the idea of having a choice between 3 ships- I don't want to *still* have the choice between Domi and [insert generic blaster ship here]. If it goes live atm, the Mega will simply be a poor mans Hype- and whats the point in that? It'll be the end of them as a PvP ship, thats for sure.
