A pirate blows up creating a total white out on my screen for 15 seconds or so, this had been going on for 3 years that I can remember now, please fix this! it isn't my computer it's only 2 years old intel i7 and nvidia GTX 660 Please send us a bug report from within the client so we can get settings and logs.

This is a known issue that we have been tracking for a while, we have an open defect, and a graphics engineer looking at it. However, intermittent issues like this can be extremely difficult to find and fix. Also, many types of problems can cause that kind of graphic artifact, so finding and fixing one problem may not correct all instances of it.
Please continue to submit bug reports from the in-game bug reporting tool on the F12 menu if you experience it, as more data may make it easier to pin down. Additional information such as what type of site you were in might be helpful as part of your reproduction steps.

So like I say, I can spam the crap out of the bug report system but I'm not sure if it is worth my time.
I just checked, and it doesn't appear that you've previously reported this bug (at least on this character.) If you can reproduce it, one bug report would likely be quite valuable, if you can spare the time. :)
