Brutor Shaun Minmatar Freelancers UK Alliance	Posted - 2006.11.22 20:13:00 - [1] Just wondering how many folk re-roll after realising they screwed up their first toon. Personally I was lucky. Came into Eve knowing absolutely nothing about skills, etc and got my balance about right (apart from 3 wasted charisma points ) So, to cut a long story short I'm still on my first and only toon, excluding zero skill alts, and he's doing me fine 1 1/2 years in. How many others are in the same boat?

I didn;'t like the Velator either so i decided to go for Minmatar again since i loved the "industrial" theme. I did the pir8 thing for quite some time but eventually realized it was preventing me from enjoying many other aspects of Eve so I am now creating a miner/industrial toon with a little combat back up. I know how many corpses I could collect now I am going for the ISK. Oh yeah and considering joining a new corp.....

SMASH Alliance	Posted - 2006.11.22 21:11:00 - [17] Hi all, This is officially my 2nd character, I made a character with nice balanced stats then I learnt about learning skills and thought I should max Int/mem and produced this little gem. This char has woeful wil/per which really didnt seem to matter to me at the time but now Its kinda depressing because Im training for dread just finished t2 large hybrid. My alt on the other hand(created during the power of 2 thing) has about the same quantity of SP and was created over 1 month later with min charisma. It did those learning skills from the start with +3's so I guess that might have been the diffrence. , <VTIL> Pham Sirge

I have to admit I did think Charisma sounded like it was a good thing to have at the time, and I didn't realize that its not as useful as other attributes till i got it's learnign to lvl 4. Although with adavnced learnings done and a couple of +3's i'm fairly balanced. I have a few alts, my Achura character is on 11 Million SPs and rising fast while still being under a year old. Old Chronus here is at 18... Amazing what a little thought put into attributes can do. I'm yet to try out the new character creation thats apparently in Rev, I hear it explains things like attributes and skills alot better. ----- Move along, nothing to see here...

I've played two trials with a few months break between them. The second char I made was identical to the first one, I think. I just made him because I wanted another trial, before I subscribe. But I think this is the first one, built 4/2004 in my first trial. But since almost 1 1/2 years I have another char of similar age that I bought for isk and that I've specialized on Minmatar stuff and play daily in pvp. I have raised him from a 12 mil SP universal tech-1 char to a 30mil minnie-specced tech-2 char now. I'd say I love him as much as this char. And you see me 80% of the time playing that one now. These I didnt continue after subscribing, they were for testing out the game and nothing more. So if the first subscription char counts as first char as well, then yes kept this one going. Still kickin and strong after almost 3 years

In fact I heard it in the first MMO I ever played which was planetside about 5 years ago.
